My boss now tells me I can't go to Botcon. Lovely!. I have a hotel reservation that I'm willing to give over to anyone who needs. I would just like if they can do me a favor and help me get the exclusives. I'll pay for everything. Must have good feedback so I don't get burned. PM me so we can talk.
If I don't get any takers, I'll just cancel the reservation. I'd rather have someone who wants to go to Botcon, but doesn't have a room get it.
If this goes through, we will have a bunch of people (who aren't going to the convention) reserve hotel rooms for future cons just as a way to get the exclusives at cost. Not sure that is a good thing...
trust me. I would love to go this year. It happens to be one of the only years between school and camp for the kids. I was hoping on making it. The only reason why I thought of this was due to the craziness with the hotel space and would rather both sides benefit from these misfortunes.
