Did you do the email verification of your account when you initially registered? Autumn hadn't, but once she got the verification recent and she clicked through all the options showed up.

 

I believe it was mentioned that if you didn't have that info filled out, they would send it out to the address where they sent the trailer to.

 

I did. It took me to that exact screen.

 

I'm in the same boat. I haven't moved so hopefully they just mail it to where they sent the last one...

I just got mine as well. FYI I didn't add an address to my profile until just this last weekend. So it seems like they aren't having any trouble mailing to the address from your trailer order.

 

Which sucks for those of us that have moved in the meantime. With no tracking number, I have no clue when to even expect the package to try to intercept it. Just going to assume I'm never going to see this in that case.

 

Anybody got any better picture of Osmi? He is orange, yes?

Well good to see some people are starting to get theirs in. Mine hasn't shown up yet but at least we know they started to ship.

Though a tracking number or actual notice would've been nice...

Yea, if people in Seattle and northern Washington got theirs, I'm out of luck. FansProject unfortunately sent mine to the wrong address I assume (if they sent it to the one you originally used for the trailer) and I never got their email about changing the address -- just happened upon this thread a few days ago and changed it ASAP.

Is FansProject Core still shit at communication? I'm hoping I can email them and they can just send another.

I'm going to go down to the apartment I used to live in (same complex, luckily) and see if they got it, but I assume someone else is enjoying my Osmi :\ Even if they gave it back to the post office, it likely got returned to sender.
