I wish there were more stories involving the Decepticon Secret Service, you could get a lot of use out of Banzai-tron, Flip Sides, Nightbird, and a litany of other Decepticon spies and special forces. Come to think of it, why hasn't the collector's club done a Botcon set of just Squadron X? That would be something to see.

    Decepticons FTW!

After aoe lack of cons (lockdown, galvy and stinger don't count) and rids cheap junk, CW has been a godsend in regards to decepticons.

I just want them to make people like Chromia more relevant.

I like the new RID toys. My only gripe is that I wish the 2015 show had picked a different name. Especially since Transformers: Prime had just used the RID tag for its deluxe toys the year before.

Maybe "The 13 'Cons of Bumble-Doo", or something.

As a whole, there were some real clunkers in that trilogy. But there were some diamonds scattered amongst the coal. Galaxy Force/Cybertron had some molds that still hold up.

If that's a weakness, then I must have an addiction. I own the entire line (minus "bonus" repacks). :)

Some really good molds in that line. I firmly believe if it had been able to continue, there would have been far less hate for it now.

That's pretty much a given. This is the Internet, after all. Rule #34 isn't just a worn-out meme. ;)

I want a MP Slicer/SG Wheeljack. It's not like they don't have the mold.

I get one version of each character. If a better version comes out i sell or donate the previous version. I feel i only need one of each character. I also mix the lines they come from(I mixed CHUG, DOTM, TFA, Prime, AOE, etc)

Since 1984 cars have been some of my least favorite TF alt modes. I appreciate them more now as an adult, but even then I have way more fun with MP Star Saber's alt, the jet bros', Grimlock's, Soundwave's, Optimus', and Ultra Magnus' alts than any car.

Also, instructions are your friend. Half the questions/complaints I see in any given thread wouldn't need to be posted if the poster read the instructions.

after seeing it my unpopular opinion is that takara-tomy mall exclusive deluxe groove looks like ass. robot mode and bike mode are okay but the limb modes fail to impress me. even if it becomes available outside of japan i will not be buying it.

i'm happier with the legends groove, who is much better looking in hand, and rook for the new limb. to me rook continues the trend of the newest member being the most fun of the group to play around with.

If anyone seems to be "screaming" in any kind of rage here, it's you. Everyone else is just offering up their opinions, which they're entitled to. You, however, seem hell bent on forcing everyone else to adopt your point of view.

Why, exactly, can't other people dislike something you like?

Thank you. TT Groove looks too bland, with no vehicle kibble on him.
Legends Groove is a much better figure. I like the idea of him being the chest plate over an arm or leg.

Ditto, I've said this a million times, with the exception of Jazz and Tracks, I would pick Cyclonus, any day of the week, over any season 1 or 2 autobot car in a heartbeart! For me character prominence, design and/or alt-mode always took precedence over who appeared first on my TV screen or whether they were an earth vehicle or not.

    Ditto!

Here's mine. All the new guys in the Combiner Wars can just straight up fuck off. I have absolutely no interest in fakes that never existed in G1 and I am much happier without them in my collection.

I read the instructions. However, there's usually 1 step that instruction don't cover good enough, or cover at all.

YouTube videos can be a greater friend.

After getting all of the CW Protectobots, I think Rook is the best one. He's just a lot of fun to pose and transform, and I honestly don't mind the lack of actual fists since he can just use the combiner hands.

I can honestly respect your collection focus. Truly, I do.
Unfortunately at this point, your constant vocalization of your hatred for anything not pure G1 seems more like pointless complaining and less like a valid collection focus.
Please don't take offense. It'is just an observation. Like I said, I respect your focus.
Besides, some of us really do like the new figures. Reading fellow collectors slam them at every turn gets discouraging.

As for the topic of the topic, I actually think the new Devastator, hollow parts and all, looks fantastic. I truly can't wait to get the retail and SDCC versions.
Sure, the nearly constant stream if repetitious insults and whining gets old, but I won't let that ruin my excitement.

With his tiny Legends class feet? Pfft.
