I actually met them at DairyCon before, seemed to be decent guys and u can wheel/deal/trade with them in person.

 

I too got a reply from him after asking for a Transistor and a picture of a box with my name and address on it. I texted him the moment I got the email from sixpointsinspace and got a reply a few hours later. Hopefully it will show up next week...

I think so. I had a bunch of emails last night but didnt respond until this morning. The info I have saved in a word doc on my laptop and ive only been on my phone until this morning. I am all caught up getting information out again.

I already have Transistor. I am willing to wait for a refund. I'm cool with the situation.  

 

I texted him last night at 6pm and got a reply an hour later. I asked for a Transistor exchange for Apollyon, and since I also had a Sever on preorder, I asked what I could get in exchange, and he listed mp Star Saber, MP Ultra Magnus, MB bee, and fans project columpio. I asked for MP Ultra Magnus, and got my shipping notice today.

As it turned out, the MP Ultra Magnus was the KO MP10U version (white mp10 prime). So I quickly asked for a star saber instead and he said he could repackage it so hopefully all this will arrive this week.

Case in point: If you have any other preorders on ATS, like I did with Sever, it's clearly not going to be filled. And if the list he gave me is all he has left, then at least you all know what your options for replacements are.

Just an update. Received my Transistor today. I live only about an hour away from him so that's why I got the package next day. It was packed well as per his usual. Transistor is MISB. Good luck to everyone else. Hope you all get some resolution.
