A few things I noticed: The promo artwork for Defensor depicts the CW toy instead of the in-game character model, for whatever reason. Spinister has been added as an exclusive character. Streetwise, for some reason, has Breakdown's gunblade instead of his shotgun. First Aid is adorable.
After the brilliance of the Stronghold, we're back to lame PvP events with impossibly hard event prizes? Come on, DENA! You just proved you can do better than this!
Impossibly hard? My league has been in the top 200 every time without breaking a sweat. They seem too easy, but maybe that's because I have all of the top event characters.
Not hard or impossible as long everyone in league plays hard every league member do there part you get it my one complaint how are players suppose to get 50 power cores or more for one bot I got infernos and scorponk with league members but to complete bruticus is getting frustrating 50 cores for onslaught
Stronghold is the PvE event. It looks like there will be alternating PvE and PvP events for people who only like to fight bots (PvE) because they keep losing to other people, or those who only want to fight other people (PvP) because they find fighting bots over and over to be boring and repetitive. Aside from that there's the Daily Character campaign. So you just need to wait til next Thursday if you want the PvE event.
Getting the top 200 and all the reward parts of Defensor will be just as easy, even FTP as past events. Getting 50 Rook cores after the fact to actually build Defensor, and the small fortune in resources to level everything up is the real challenge.
The only event only character I've gotten is Air Raid, nothing more, and now they pair me in PvP against players that far out rank me, I thought this was supposed to be fair, they completely demolish me with total ease!
Congrats. I never got him. I did get Scorponok recently, though. But that's because I worked the Stronghold like a horse and earned him in Single Player stats. The other member of my league just sits there like a bump on the log, so that doesn't help us out at all.
Getting real sick of power inflation. Streetwise is more powerful than CW Optimus or Magnus. Defensor, the lamest g1 combiner, is leagues more powerful than Menasor or Bruticus. There's no point in investing build time on combiners because next week's product launch will destroy you. Also...the most powerful regular bot is Armada megatron? Why bother ranking up at all? I've hit command 4 six times. I get the need for paying players but the power inflation is a transparent cash grab, and so many resources that people have been building up forever are simply no longer being used.
Defensor is powerful? I killed him easy the first time I encountered him and I haven't paid a cent into this game.
Join my league there is a lot of space available #1 tuff transformers Is getting super hard at least for me I don't own any combiner.
Other members of my league have a lot of decent event points I do what I can even if I lose to earn points for the league.
