Boy oh boy. Lots to cover here.

There's a little Autobot temple that's taken from the comic story Matrix Quest, part 2: Kings of the Wild Frontier.
There's a grating that Thunderwing punched Optimus Prime's head into (in this case Thunderwing is played by Deluxe Insecticon Barrage) in Matrix Quest, part 3: All Fall Down.
There's the device that zaps Brawn and Mirage (giving them insanity and holographic powers, respectively) from The Enemy Within.
And there's Auntie, the Ark's super computer, which is mentioned in Transformers #1, and seen properly in Raiders of the Last Ark.

    Phew.

Okay let's see what we've got here.

There's a better picture of Auntie.
There's a console so that Wheeljack can communicate with Sky Lynx, like in SpaceHikers.
There's the Variable Voltage Harness first seen in Child's Play.
There's Grimlock's throne, which is also from Spacehikers.
Then there's the Nucleon container, seen in The Void
Then there's the two stasis pods, as seen in Eye of the Storm, though one of them has Megatron in it, because of the events of The Price of Life.

    Phew!

    Okay... the next bit.

We have Ratchet's Medbay, as seen in the story Back from the Dead.
There's a little items storage area, and a little transport cart, both not based on stories.
Then there's the memory bank from Rock and Roll Out.
Finally you have an exploding wall on the side of the Ark. That could be from any number of stories, but let's pretend it's from Attack on the Ark.

    Phew.

All right. What have we got in this post? Let me see.

There's me pissing around showing off the exploding feature for the computer bays in this one room. None of these parts are based on specific comic stories.
Then there's the room based on one panel from Eye of the Storm, an Autobot rec room.
Then finally there's the secret entrance into the Ark through its rockets. This is how Blaster got into the Ark in Spacehikers!

    Last ones.

So we have the Autobot Anti-Matter conversion chamber from the Gen2 story All or nothing.

and finally there's a little made-up console that I created with one purpose in mind -- so that someone stupid can pick up SOundwave and carry him into the Ark.

Amazing. The spacebridge was already epic but you just took it to another dimension. The number of Marvel comic issue references you have crammed in us mind blowing. You are the king of the flip open / secret panel.

Wow. It's been a long time since I updated this! So why don't we look at where I am. First up it's how I'm doing Kreon storage, using slide-out storage trays which are built around various different kinds of pieces.

The idea I wanted here was the sense that these trays just never seemed to end. Eventually I'd love to make one that's so ridiculously long that you can barely hold it... but for now these are relatively practical in their size, etc.

Here's a bunch more photos showing how the space Bridge looks from the side for now. There's also some small detailing and pictures of how the Space Bridge assembles together.

The gunnery tower is from Marvel US #17, and the little boombox thing is actually Blaster from Marvel US #18 -- his Cybertronian alt mode:

After that the pictures show how the whole spacebridge is built on top of four 48x48 LEGO plates.

Next up we have my Skrapnel display. In tribute to how the Insecticons once ate up the Space Bridge in the cartoon, I decided to give over some space to let all my Skrapnels (I have over 20 of the damned things) have an awesome display.

The display spans two base plates (though it's primarily present just on one base plate) and when you merge the two plates together there's a little gimmick that pushes out and exposes a Skrapnel that's otherwise hiding inside a large white pipe.

There's even a hidden area with Skrapnels inside, underneath a door. I really enjoyed building this display and getting in all the different angles and details.

Next up is showing all the features I've built so far for the other rear baseplate. You have more Kreon storage, and since one of the storage units is small I removed the tops so that you could see how the storage trays work.

Basically the tray runs along a train track of tile pieces, and uses technic pins to hold the tray in at the rear of the track.

There's also some panels hiding extra detailing and a nest for one of the Kre-O Terrorcons, etc.

The last thing is my little hidden jail cells. These are THOROUGHLY unfinished and there's a bunch of mechanics I'm not sure of yet. What I really want with the hidden jail cells is to have big pieces of machinery sitting on top of them, concealing them. Then when you go to pick up the pieces of machinery you find yourself pulling out a a hidden jail cell. But I need some kind of machinery design from a piece of fiction to base it on -- and I can't think of anything yet. Any suggestions are welcome.

Okay, back to the main towers. Let's look at the room based on... Search for Treasure Under the Sea!

Search for Treasure Under the Sea - Transformers Wiki

This is basically a diorama of the colouring book's cover -- which you can move around a little bit using dials on the back and sides of the room. There's a side entrance that is just there to give you light piping (Which is really needed when you assemble the whole thing into the Space Bridge) and there's also a little cage for Micro-Kreons.

The insecticon clones feasting is awesome. Your bridge,Ark,Smelting pool(still my favorite ) an other various sets grow even more amazing. Ever since I seen the early work on this bridge it has gotten better and better .

This update is just of some extra detailing on the reverse side of some of the existing rooms. There's a new platform on the back of the smelting pool room, and a new piece of detailing on the back of the Swindle Swindle & Swindle room.

The most interesting addition is probably my Soundwave alt mode build that's designed to hold the cassettes from the SDCC 2014 Class of 84 set.

It has an extra option backing plate that lets you have a "Cassettes eject!" gimmick.

I feel like a little kid in a toy store just looking at this, y'know, the kind of kid who figures, "If ten dollars is fine, then twenty dollars should be okay, and if twenty dollars is okay, then thirty wouldn't hurt [...]" until said kid is walking up to his mom with a two-hundred dollar set.

This is overall the greatest MOC I've ever seen, and I've already told a bunch of people to look at it, also, is that Rumble up there?

Lastly, have you seen this site?

It might help incase you're ever in need of bricks you don't have.
