Do my eyes deceive me or are those pins in the rear wheels? If so, Hasbro really broke the budget with this one.

 

Finally, a Warroir class that doesn't have a huge scannable sign on the front of it.

 

I like the kanji (or whatever it is called, the japanese pink marks on him), he looks pretty cool, well.. besides the head which looks corny to me.

I have a question for anyone that might know the answer.
What is the staff-thing Bumblebee wields in the group shot? It reminds me a little bit of the endoscopic claw from Last Stand of the Wreckers.
Edit: Oh wait, it is that spear that comes with Prime Knock Out isn't it? I have it then!

 

It looks like they may well be! I recall that the proto at ToyFair had ugly extruded plastic clips poking out of the wheels there, so this is definitely an improvement. (Now, if only they would make a similar change to Devastator....)

 

Not loving the red mismatch, gonna hang fire and see if Takara one looks good. I'm not too concerned over the RiD line tho, my Strongarm is hanging out with Prime Magnus.

I'd like to know where Bee got his staff too. Is it a recolour of Knockout's? Where can I get one?

 

Feel this is one of the better RID Warriors so far, although it lacks from the same lack of paint problems the others have.

 

Well...He's not the hollow mess that Jazz is. But is he actually good... Don't know.

 

Other than the hood arms. Sideswipe looks awesome.

I like it, but the moment he arrives those tattoos are coming off.

 

I feel like the toy has a better design than the show. At least it looks like it can transform.

 

I was already feeling this guy and Jazz since I've become weirdly fond of the RiD toyline (still haven't watched the show  ), but these pics just make me want one that much more. At least more than I've wanted the last few Combiner Wars waves - does this make me a bad person?

Also, maybe it's just my weird-ass Car Robots fixation talking, but does anyone else get sort of a Speedbreaker vibe from his toy? Maybe it's something to do with the poses or the robot mode kibble, I dunno. I'd love to see the Sideswipe mold repainted to look like the CHUG Side Burn sometime.

 

Looks surprisingly decent. A few paint touch ups here and there and I dare say he will be a good looking toy.

How long till someone in the radicons repaints this guy black and yellow, gives him some sunglasses and names him Johny Bravo?

Dannnnnnnnnnnggggg!!!!!! Looking good there, Sideswipe! Now I'll finally be able to justify buying more than just Strongarm and Steeljaw from this line! Just one question for Has/Tak, though: Where in heck is warrior-class Thunderhoof?!

 

A very nice altmode, ruined by that round sticker slot. GRRRR!
