Difference here is that this clown of a 'reporter' who's trying to get his name out there blindsided RDJ with inane questions about his past in a scheduled press junket interview specifically meant for movie promotion. Too bad actors aren't allowed to lay out these kinds of tools, because RDJ certainly had cause to.
it could have been so many things outside of the interview too: downey was already having a bad/stressful day he did not want to deal with negative question, the interview situation was wrong/bad, the interview person himself was trolling before it even started, etc.... i hope the media and the peeps in general don't start bad mouthing rdj just because of this one bad interview
I've only read the first paragraph. I'm going to avoid the rest until after I see the film. Bye bye. See you then. I'm just going to avoid mostly articles that involve an character's fate because I don't want to be spoiled.
Just came back from watching the Atmos 3d screening at my local cinema, half an hour away from my . Pretty enjoyable movie.
Yeah I don't get that. It's still good in the end....at least I hope so. Yeah that can be very concerning. please don't go any lower please......
The whole super villain part aside I would probably best describe him as very...human for lack of better word. He is not the classical cold robot, but shows human traits. I would say that if you think of the avengers team as a clock then he is one of the gears. Without him it wouldn't work. Not a fantastic amount of screen time, but how he uses that time in how he is...introduced, the set up for the next movie, his interactions with Thor and Ultron makes every frame of it something to relish. Only a handful of Reviews, the more people who Review it the better it will get.
Well he is an AI so makes sense. Does his voice have a robotic tint? Sounds to me he's one of the surprises of the movie. My favorite hero and I'm excited to see him.
i really wish there was not that big of a gap between the US release and over seas as now virtually every review of the movie or every avaliable outlet of media is going to basically tell the entire plot of the movie, even without trying!
One might Think that that is a simple yes or no question, but it's not and I can't really give you an answer without spoiling the plot. But suffice to say that his voice was so great that I turned to my girlfriend and said "wow, that is some fantastic voicecasting for Ultron" Not telling (for your sake) but he remained very true to what I remember of him from when I was a kid. A surprise? maybe, but there are way bigger surprises than his unveiling though
enh.. Rob was hinting for several minutes he didn't want to answer such questions, but the interviewer kept going, I don't blame Rob for getting up and leaving, he didn't leave upset or angry or anything, but more of "this isn't why I came here and you obviously have no intention of getting the interview back on track" Too bad Robert Downey Jr. isn't as witty as "Tony Stark" I could have seen that character blasting that interviewer
It happens with a lot of things, video games in particular and I'll admit I'm victim to it as well (more money in my pocket). Don't worry, it went up when I posted this.
Saw it last night. Absolutely loved it. Not sure why people are fearing the RT score, if you enjoyed Marvels films in the past, you'll love this. The dialogue was sharp, and witty where it needed to be. I didn't feel the humour overshone serious moments. The visuals were amazing. Without spoiling it, there's a certain scene in the third act that had me in pure comic-book geeky bliss. Never thought i'd see such a scene on the big screen. Pietro, Wanda and Vision all were amazing, and Hawkeye received justice for being criminally underutilized so far in the MCU. Lots of foreshadowing to the future of the MCU. I'm going again tonight and going to try pick up on some of the things I missed. Fear not people, this film is great. Whedon has not let us down.
How long did the opening sequence and Hulkbuster fight last? And are there any other superb standout sequences like say, Tony Vs Thor or the long running shot in the previous film?
The temptation to read the summary on Wikipedia or to look on the MCU wiki are almost too much to bear! I don't know if I can last.
I'm not worried about spoilers, so I went and read the Wiki description of the plot. Assuming it's at-all accurate I'm a little worried. Sounds like this movie could be nothing but action and the occasional out of place joke. Granted Wili articles tend to focus on certain aspects of movies and ignore others. The fist Avengers movie was rather... mediocre in my opinion. I just hope this isn't worse.
question for those who has watch it... do this still have an after credit scene? i'm watching it tomorrow XD
