Scramble II blocks it.

I actually managed to farm by using both Jammer II and Attack II on round 2. Got 1 Megatron core so now I have 3  

I ran into a weird bug that ended my farming run. What happened was that I "won" despite Sunstorm still having a bit of HP. He even celebrated with my team!

 

Glad to help. Yeah sometimes it can be actual connection issues, but it's a little suspicious when the other guy has one Thundercracker at like, 8 health vs. my Superion, Springer and Jackpot all still with good health. That happened to me a couple days ago but luckily my team didn't need to repair. I did lose out on the loot though, one of which was a Slipstream core.

I've been doing 2-cube battles and have been satisfied with the drop rate for exclusives, etc.

Why 2? Because I'd like to play more often (3x with a 2-2-1 energon usage rate or similar combination vs. just 2x or 3-2 energon combination) after waiting 2.5 hours for 5 energon  

I just wish DeNA would listen and increase the number of energon you can bank - from the current 5 to maybe 6 or even as high as 10.

 

Oh goodie, the Core glitch is back for me... Well that was an enjoyable few hours of earning cores...

 

Damn core glitch. Finally got one treadshot core from farming the last hard battle and it disappeared. Lost a slipstream and at least 5 exclusive cores already.

 

DeNA operates a bit like a casino, Praxus... makes good business sense for them if they give gold so you'll "gamble" it on the space bridge (where the "house" always wins)  

 

How are you guys getting all of these slipstream cores? I'm not so sure if drop rates can depend on rank, b/c I'm a veteran 2 and have gotten a grand total of 1 slip core the entire time I've played. And I've played against slipstream quite a lot, in hopes of getting cores.

 

Update on my 3 cube trials: 4 battles total. 3 gunning for BW megs cube, got 2. One gunning for Rewind, got 1. I don't know if it's just a lucky night or what, but I'm kinda pissed I didn't try this sooner.

 

The core glitch is getting out of hand. I haven't received any of the SR cores I won today, also lost 5 exclusives from one 3 cube battle. Argh, there better be some damn good compensation once they fix it.

 

I'm at Warrior 2 and have 6 Slipstream cores - mostly from 2-or-3-energon bot battles where there are 2 Slipstreams, Armada Megatron and another bot I can't recall right now.

Its just how the RNG rolls, I guess... keep at it!

 

I finally got my 7th slipstream core. Took 2 months of constant playing.

 

Awesome, my connection timed out on a BOT battle (Hard II) and now I don't have a Skywarp core.

 

Well Hard 5 is unbeatable for my team yet again. Out of the hard daily battles so far I've beaten it just three times. Really getting sick of this.

I use targeting 2 and they use some draw fire ability that overrules my targeting. I kill one of them and wound a second then they wipe my team. Nothing I try works. My team is Thundercracker, Jetfire, Brainstorm, Chromedome. That's the team, no changing it because they're the best seeker team I have.

Going to have the exact same problem tomorrow with my shitty support team.

 

Well Hard 5 should be expected to be impossible right now. I think you might have a chance if everyone is maxed out and you roll right, but in general there aren't enough good scout bots. Just stick with easy and med and you'll still get scourge.

 

Every bot I'm using today is maxed out. I'm not so sure sticking to only easy/medium will give enough cores, I'd rather not be something like one core short at the end and not get him.

 

Sure it will, easy and med will give you 5 cores per day. Both support and scout give same cores so you would get 10 a week and only need 2 weeks to recruit scourge.

 

Yeah, faced that team quite a few times, kinda afraid to do 2/3 cube in case I get the glitch though. But, no other way . . . The RNG gods are quite fickle indeed.

On another note, what is the last hard team for today? Anyone been able to beat it?
