I left my old league because only two members were active, and one of those two was me. so i'm looking for a new league anyone got space?

 

League is ShadowStrikers, pwd is prime, min tier is guard 1, got five spots left, you're welcome to join.

 

Monthly would make sense - by rotating it you encourage people to log in regularly and if there is a fixed time to get scourge and it will take your midrange people dedicated pvp throughout the month to get the character.

Again, encourages pvp vs bot farming (or at least makes if feel like a trade-off) and discourages dropping pvp rank between events. If you intentionally dump your pvp rank in the hopes of easier fights later, you probably won't also be able to walk away with scourge (or the next monthly bot).

So the daily challenge goes live, I get in about to battle, get disconnected then the whole thing goes away and I cant try again?

 

But you can only have four people per league. At least, that's all it would allow me to have.

 

Update the game on the phone -- they made changes, leagues are now 10 people and we are looking to merge (check your PMS that JRX sent) with some other active group members (PA_Kids team)

 

Oh well, ok then. I'd be perfectly happy to have others join us.

 

Just changed it, make sure you pull your own weight in events and you're all good!

What's it like? Mini-event?

 

today you can collect beta cores, 3 paths lead to 2, 3 or 4 cores varying difficulties.
and for these you can only use + characters
luckily i have barricade, astrotrain, wasp and skydive

still lost on step 4... upgrading skydive and hoping for better rolls...

 

Well thing is you have team restrictions - so like today is everyone must be green + symbol today. For me that means my best team is Barricade, Astrotrain, and 2 Waspinator.

This could also give more reason to recruit duplicates if there aren't a lot of available characters of a given type you want to use.

I chose the hard path which is harder bots but 4 beta cores instead of 2 or 3 for the other pathes.

Easy path is 4 spots/cubes - 2 beta core
Medium and hard are both 6 spots/cubes and 3 or 4 cores respectively.

Edit - just occured to me - no using combiners for most of these. There is an autobot and decepticon day, but the combiner symbol isn't a type (obviously) for other days.

Yeah, the barricade team I faced on hard 4 played with much better strategy than I expected...

Damn - 2 in a row. Maxed Barricade, Astrotrain, 2 x Waspinator and it's going to take really good rolls and a bit of skill. Makes me wonder if making it through Hard 5 & 6 is even realistic without 4 maxed SR characters... Think I may go back and do medium...

 

ok i beat step 4 but really now, how do you beat step 5??? i didnt even try...

armada megs, slipstream. sunstorm and i forget the 4th.

i can beat them but not with these + characters... thoughts. tips?

 

I started off on the easy tier, can only imagine how Hard and beyond are, especially with my baby + team. Wasp, Train, SkyDive and Dead End bringing up the rear haha

Well you just may have made my decision for me...

Tomorrow (sunburst) for me looks like: JF2, Treadshot, Armada Megs, and Jackpot
Saturday (target) looks like: Springer, Rewind, 2x BW
Sunday - no req
Monday - autobot (prob Superion, Springer, Rewind)
Tuesday - decepticon (prob 2x BW, Treadshot, TC)
Wednesday - blue bolt (prob Brainstorm, Cromedome, Scourge and Runamuck  )

So this doesn't seem like it's going to affect PVP ranks but definitely going to cull out coin, tokens, and other resources. I have enough to gram another Brainstorm and TC and now have a real reason to want to recruit them.
