Clash of the TFs is not news if you have been paying attention.

Also, it would not be surprising at all to find Hasbro doesn't want to pay for the Lamborghini license considering they never would before either. Same might be true for Bumblebee. Nissan is a cheap license as it is not exotic and has a very close relationship with TakaraTomy.

I've not heard of this "clash of the TFs" either... Please point me to the news so I can review what I've missed.

With a figure called "Megatronus" its bound to be interesting

No, it's believed to be a shared exclusive.

I don't know if it's different for Canada but all signs from Hasbro at the NY Toy Fair showed that it wouldn't be exclusive to anywhere.

Hmm at what OP mentioned at 179.99 CAD might be cheaper to pick him up locally

love the fact that the US TRU system can see indiviual figures as their own sku... My friend up here who gave me the info on Devy said that there was a clash listing in their system for about $17.99 or so (no sku or price confirmation yet)he said it was either legion or legend (all the system showed for the word was "leg." go figure)
