    Very sad news.

I'm certain there will be something for TF fans in the UK for 2016 though, fear not

Will make AA2015 a good one!

I might be interested in a Saturday visit, but I don't see any single day tickets available on the website. Have they already sold out?

According to FAQ, "Single day tickets are not presently available but these may be released for sale closer to the event." So I'd say keep checking back, but you might end up just having to do walk-up for single-day admission.

^ I didn't know tickets were available upon entry. I've only been to AA once before, and I had to order a weekend pass because single day tickets were sold out months before.

Sad to hear this. I, my wife and our kids attended AutoAssembly for the first time last year, we had a blast.

Really sad to see it go. It was the one time I got to meet up with a friend of mine. Will have a blast this year but I hope someone else opens up another TF convention in the UK in the future.

Roll out role call is a smaller TF convention that's been on down south for a few years.

Really sad about this, though understandable. Such a massive event is far too much work for a few people to stay on top of as a hobby. Look forward to the last one.

I'm sad to hear about this. I bought tickets one year, but couldn't go because of work commitments that occurred at short notice; I think it may have been 2011.

As part of the AA volunteer crew this news was a shock to the system, but I do appreciate how much work the organisers put in behind the scenes.
In many ways it has been a victim of its own success, it grew from humble beginings to become the biggest TF con in Europe, now the time, effort and cost involved to sustain such an event it is too much.

I will be there to see it through till the end but hope it will return one day.
