The Megatron is not bad, same for the Optimus, could careless for BB. ( will be glad if they ever drop the damn muscle car alt mode and move on) The Grimlock is okay, but i would have really preferred a G1 Paint scheme, The New RID colors would be my second choice.

I am interested in the tank-Megatron and Starscream for sure, I'll have to see better pictures of them to make a complete decision, though. The big Optimus Prime and Bumblebee look awkward, but the official pictures could be decieving, just as how Combiner Wars Optimus Prime looked worst than he really turned out to be.

We'll likely see these things revealed at Botcon.

Woah that's some serious cab butt on that Prime. Everything else looks fine from what I can tell, but that torso throws things off. Megs kinda could be really good but we'll see. Yeah screw those BB and that Grimlock though. They just look awful.

11 inches? Could that not possibly be 11 cms?

If these are replacing Titan Heroes, that'd be fine with me.

The 11 inch assortment looks to be good if Prime and Bee are anything to go by.

I genuinely really like that Megatron. It looks like a more articulated G2 Megs. God willing we'll get a G2 redeco. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

    Check post #72.

Well, the Starscream test shot from the museum exhibit was definitely about seven inches tall, and the toys labelled '11' look more complex than the '7' ones...

so it is a subline with a more G1 touch to the RID style? Intriguing.

Yeah, that Megatron looks like a promising alternative for those of us lacking the funds or space for the Leader-scale.

I might pick up that negation. I also hate that grimlock is that bronze color based off the movie toys. He wasn't even bronze in the movie. I would accept green due to rid but the bronze color has no point.

My eyes are crap, so I apologize for asking, but does it look like Megatron's and Grimlock's elbows are ball joints? They don't look to have bicep swivels, but that's more than ok as long as their elbows are ball jointed.

How about some characters we haven't gotten yet?

Rung, Tarn, Chromedome, Getaway, voyager Astrotrain? Leader Thunderwing (from Jetfire's mold)...

Isn't anyone else tired of the core characters always popping up?

I see shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee articulation with a head swivel on at least Optimus and the 2 Bumblebees. Not quite Generations level, but still pretty darn close. Not sure why people are acting like these are sub-Gobot-level bricks.
Also, holy shit, that Optimus is 11 inches tall! As someone who collects Masterpiece and repurposes CHUG toys fairly often, this frightens me. THEY'RE CROSSING THE STREAMS!

My kid turns 4 in December, so I'd happily get this stuff for him as a progression from Rescue Bots. They look pretty neat.
