My five year old niece just said "strongarm is not a girl its a boy"
When i asked her how a girl robot should look like, she said "like a spider"

Btw, why does the majority of the beast cons have some sort of addictive disorder?

    EXACTLY!

People were complaining she is too boring and doesn't break the rules now they are complaining that she breaks the rules, the hypocrisy is astounding and sadly completely predictable. Bumblebee behaved FAR worse.

I loved Bumblebee's leadership skills here. Shows how much he has adapted to being a leader so far. Denny and Fixit's part was hilarious lol

Seriously. Seriously. He lied, he manipulated, he showed complete disregard and disrespect for Strongarms abilities and feelings, he overrode her authority and then had the nerve to shame HER when she broke a rule after she had earlier pointed out HE was breaking protocols (which people are now shaming her for) and you think this is good leadership? That is the opposite of good leadership, it was terrible leadership and completely unprofessional.

I'm not against Strongarm here. I like the fact that she's trying to prove herself to others. But, like Bumblebee stated she is on a planet very different from Cybertron. He just wants to keep her safe from dangers like the Decepticons, humans (mostly ones like MECH), etc. Sure he was hard on her but what leader wasnt at first? Ultra Magnus was hard on Wheeljack in Beast Hunters. In the end of the episode he at least lightened up on her and comended her for making the right decisions.

    Except Strongarm's mission was to scout then call for back up if a decepticon is found, but later she decides not to out of pride and wanting to look good for her superior and then unfollowed a direct order again out of misguided wish to prove herself, even after Bee took control of the mission in the exact same way she had agreed to do in first place when she begged for the mission;

She was completely immature and doing all that out of a simple wish of proving herself to the point of being reckless, while Bumblebee was tailing her out of worry for a friend. You have to be crazier than Springload to seriously think he was in the wrong there, specially when you see that the character herself admits in the end she was over her head.

Bee is a rookie leader like Strongarm is a rookie police, they're both found wanting in this episode...

I don't think you are, the issue here isn't really Strongarm is is Bumblebee, he behaved TERRIBLY but others are acting like it was Strongarm who was to blame for everything.
The problem is if he wants to keep her safe, which is fair enough he needs to open about it. Tell her outright he isn't comfortable going on solo patrol, tell her he will accompany her to observe her. Be honest and clear about it. Not behave the way he did which was completely unprofessional.
Yes, her solo mission was to scout, but before she could show she was capable of performing that it was sabotaged twice by Bumblebee then he took over the moment they found the 'con. She wanted to prove herself by doing the mission, Bumblebee rendered that impossible so she tried to overcompensate. You say out of pride but what is wrong with that? Again the message was she isn't allowed to take pride in herself and that was disgusting. Yes she disobeyed a direct order, but as she pointed out he broke protocol but again only she gets criticism from the fanboys.

She was treated like a child, had her abilities and authority disrespected and was misled by her superior officer. Under those circumstances anyone can be forgiven for behaving immaturely, people tend to when they are treated like childen.
She was reckless AFTER Bumblebee sabotaged her solo patrol. Bumblebee was trailing her out of worry for a friend, which is completely unprofessional. He is her superior officer, if he didn't want her patrolling on her own he shouldn't have let her. HE put her in that situation, HE lied to her, HE broke protocol and followed her, HE took control of her mission, HE made her feel she had to work harder to prove herself, HE shamed for for lying after HE lied to her.
You don't have to be crazy to think he was in the wrong, you just have to be sensible. The only thing crazy is how fanboys fall over themselves to defend the disgusting behavour of male 'bots while condemning the reasonable in not sensible behaviour of fembots.
The fact that she is forced to beg for help from him and that he gets away with his despicable actions while she is painted to be in the wrong really illustrates how terribly written this episode was. She was lied to, manipulated, sabotaged and then shamed for having pride in her own abilities by someone who behaved completely unprofessionally and SHE is held up to be the one in the wrong. It was a complete disgrace.

I would. Also vote to impeach Bumblebee and have him sent back to Cybertron for behaviour unbecoming to an officer.

    Jazz for Vice President

The animation looked really nice in this episode with the forest scenes and Springload is a pretty interesting 'con.

Where they in the USA or South America? That was never specified, but I´m certain that those kind of pyramids don´t exist in the USA.

Strongarm said she had traveled two thousand miles, I'd imagine there would be a fair chunk of the southern US which would be within that distance of Mexico.

South America, pyramids like that only exist in the bottom region of Mexico (Yucatan Peninsula) and in some parts of Guatemala and Peru among other places in the continent.

I think BB came across as very wishy-washy and ineffective in this episode.

Strongarm deserves more dignity than what he gave her.

If you think Prime is in continuity with RID one can see why BB is worried that Strongarm is on a solo mission. Cliffjumper died being alone.

Sure, his feelings were understandable but th way he went about checking on her was just horrible. If he didn't want her out alone, he should have acted like a leader and said so. Instead he lied and followed, said he wouldn't and lied again by following her, owned up and said he was worried and would follow as an observer, lied and took control. Then later when he finds out about her lying to Fixit, he shames her for lying!

If he had just admitted he screwed up too and put her in thi situation where she felt she had to act rashly to earn his confidence then it would have been some great character development. As it was the moral of the story was apparently that Strongarm can't take pride in her abilities and that she can't be trusted to patrol on her own.
