They really have to fix the rage-quitting and "time-outs" on here b4 rolling out another event. Almost all of my battles go:

1. Me winning
2. Opponent gets angry
3. Rage-quit
4. I "lose connection" and have to reload
5. I come back into the game and have automatically lost

Anyone else get a large frequency of battles like this?

 

I'd join, if you'll have me. The league I'm in is pretty much inactive :/ (I have 5898 event points, 2nd has 815...)

Like I said though, I just started playing yesterday  

EDIT - Nevermind, I ended up creating my own, and amzingly enough had it filled with active players already!  

 

Any active leagues looking for help? I just want a league that's actually playing! I had at least 19 thousand points with everyone else in zeroes.

Are you sure it's rage quit though? sometimes, if I'm down to like, 1 bot with only 20 points left and they still have three at 41 or so, I'll forfeit because there's no way I can beat that. I'm not angry about it when I do that, it's just the logical decision. I mean, why keep fighting a battle you know you're going to lose?

I haven't seen numbers 4 or 5 happen to me.

Probably not, if their previous games are any indication. Otherwise how can they charge you for more later on?

 

Looks like I had to start one of my own. If anyone's looking to get Menasor parts like I am, come join the "Captain Ruin" league.

 

I did think this because in super battle tactics they did not carry over. They just kept releasing new cores every event with new names.

 

Nope. But I did experience the following 45+ matches in a row:

1. Get match: Run into Centuritron + 2 Triple Changers
2. My team wiped out in turn one/two.
3. I gain zero league pts due to never killing a bot on their side.

After losing count of how many ridiculous match ups like this, I stopped bothering and uninstalled the game.

 

You need to pick the teams you fight when you start out, don't let the game pick for you. This is the only way to build up a team, it's what I did

Now I can destroy any centurion team in one round, they often never get a shot at me.

I only ever lose to human players now, haven't lost to a computer player in weeks

 

Did super battle tactics reward cores that instantly become useless? Because right now event cores are in the event rewards. Either they will carry over or there will be some grace period to use them to buy over-run or Rewind. My guess is the former.

My hope is that event cores will carry over but there will be a new level 4 core to chase for the level 4 event character in the next event. Then either Rewind and overrun will disappear completely from new recruiting or will cycle in as regular bots (maybe with exclusive cores replacing event cores) without their event buffs.

I am building Rewind now. 16 hrs so he will only be usable for the last 1 day and 8 hours of the event.

 

If you just started playing with the event that could be an issue - but you realize there is a bot tab where you can choose to fight easier teams to start getting money a and resources to build up your own team, right?

 

we are slipping! at this rate in 2 days we will be out of top 100!    

 

PA, what was your strategy for getting Rewind? Did you buy energon, do bot fights exclusively? I have 0 so far and have seen 23 Rewinds between bot fights and PVP battles (I've been keeping track to figure out some kind of drop rate). I gave up on the idea of getting him, have i been going about it the wrong way

 

Not been playing much today, I've done over 100k event points myself!

He seems to be around a 10% drop rate but I probably went 20 then had 2 drop back to back. I bought some energon so I could simultaneously rank some and work on him. Then I just put some heavy focus on bot matches and fought him whenever I could. While getting the 10 I also got more than enough event cores - I have seen them drop 5 on a kill on rare occasions.

Of course my team is also around 200 and I have no interest in cracking into the top 100. I know how much work keeping that up will take.

 

Thats exactly what Im doing if I see rewind in a bot battle I go for it if not I do the event battle for points seems to work well seeing that im at 9 rewind cores and I still earned at least 70000 points to contribute to my leagues overall score
