Hi. Had some polymer clay for playing and thought I tried this. Creating a filler to fill the fuselage of FOC Starscream in alternate mode at the same time some of the abdomen in robot mode.
So I take some of this clay, put them at the place, tweak the amount and let them take the shape of the place then bake it. Some pictures of the finished. Not really pretty bit okay to me. It made the fuselage a bit more aerodynamic instead of the original flat design. I should probably cut the baked filler to make it look more intergrated. While I didn't bake a filler for the red tip, its actually doable as well. You have to put the red tip under the crotch, normally this will look wierd as you have the tip pointing a bit down. What I already did before this was to cut some of the crotch area (below) so that the tip can be flat against the crotch. So this mod fill up the fuselage in alternate mode and some of the abdomen in robot mode.

Its a material called polymer clay, I'm sure you can get it on any hobby store.

Don't you have the instructions? Anyway you have to give the brands name and model, there's a lot variation of this stuff. The popular one is Fimo and it has the insructions on the back of it. If you want it in Shapeways, you have to make the 3d model, and I have no experience in that. I used small amount. An advice I can give is that the temperature meter/dial in an oven is not necessarily correct, try using an oven temperature.

Don't do that, you'll melt your figure. The one I use, I can get it off the figure easily without breaking the shape, I guess you have to find some ways to do that.
