Yeah, when the MP05 Gold was announced, I was heading towards 25 being Megatron's number. Once that tank leader Megatron was announced, my doubts about him being 25 started to increase. With two Megatrons announced in two different scales (old MP, new MP), I doubt Takara was including plans to release yet another Megatron that would take away interest from two other projects.

 

Woo hoo! Omni, you are the best. Spinout has my money. Take whatever time is necessaey to make the great figure you have ready shown. Better to do it slow and right than rush it.

To all the a-holes claiming it is canceled...sod off. I dont want your negativity. Go complain, whine and speculate elsewhere. Your narrow point of view isnt needed here, so gp bury your head in the sand or just plain go away. Those of us that support the figure dont want to waste time reading your tripe.

Omnigonix, count me in as a supporter. Take your time with this product, ignore the vocal minority of entitled doomsayers. What you and the other high quality 3rd party designers are giving us is a gift, albeit one we pay for

I'm glad they're taking their time. Masterpiece-style car bots - with a fully painted body, no less - is not something that's going to be easy to pull off, I'm sure.

If, as a result, Omni ends up being the go-to company for the MP cars Takara won't do, the wait will be worth it!

I like the details in the leg and especially the window color...I think the final is supposed to be clear windows but that does look nice.

I am fine if this takes forever to come out there is so much coming out this year to keep us satisfied.

 

I kind of wish certain threads had temporary locks, where only certain people (who are capable of actually providing news) could post anything.

Stuff like this makes the boards look ridiculous.

 

Actually, can the mods take a vote on to close this thread? Omni himself said the reveal was premature. Maybe close the thread and when he's at least semi-ready, have him re-open another thread himself.

Im guessing they got wind of potential mp streaker (sans fanstoys soundwave) and have scrapped their progress on this version, (they had test shots before crimbo or something)
