Wing is hands down the worst anime, maybe even worst show, that I have ever watched. Ech.

I've watched the 08th MS Team and really liked that. I kinda want to watch the original but I'm not sure that I could take it seriously.

Agreed, Wing is my least favorite as well.

You might have some difficulty with that, it's a pretty aged show both animation and storywise

And I've finally finished Inuyasha: The Final Act.

Boy what a ride this has been. I'm glad to have finished my gateway anime series.

I know it's not the best show but dammit I love it and its characters. I'm already pumped for Rumiko Takahashi's next series Rin-Ne coming this spring.

Heh, made a bet with a friend that in Parasyte, there would be a line like "HUMANS are the real parasites!" Guess he owes me $5 now.

    Fate/Stay Night
On its own and if one has no plans to pursue any related media, it's a pretty alright action show. Sub > english dub on this one.

If considered with the rest of the franchise, I can't really recommend it because it spoils all 3 routes by trying to tell them all at once. I really would have liked it if it had taken elements from the 3 and then gone ahead to do its own thing instead of anchoring itself to the Fate route. That would have been interesting.

Not an awful show by any means, it just happens to be a pain in the ass adapting a story that's split into 3 different continuities (a decision of which I'm still apprehensive of although I'm sure whomever made the VN are all laughing their way to the bank now).

Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works (the movie)
    Wow, that visual upgrade!

On its own and if one has no plans to pursue any related media, this movie's plot probably won't make much sense and seems like an excuse for nonstop action. And hey, that's alright. It's a pretty entertaining watch.

If considered with the rest of the franchise, it's a pretty entertaining watch and you'll probably already know the plot. And if you don't, well, I myself didn't like the original UBW anyways. And it doesn't spoil the other routes. The super fast pacing is refreshing to me (which also means less lectures!) and while that means it leaves out some things, as far as condensing the original story into a single movie goes, I don't think it could have been done any better.

I guess I wouldn't recommend if someone were watching/wanted to watch the new one that's out, which is actually a full series.

Watched Char's Counterattack. Eh, it was alright. The ending was dumb, and all of the new characters were either pointless or annoying as all hell (Quess I'm looking at you).

Char's whole "force everyone to move into space" ideology that's carried over from Zeta is still something I can't get behind. Especially since they try to play it off as being some progressive action Char needs to take to bring about humanity's evolution. Throwing Axis at the Earth and committing mass genocide isn't progressive you fucking idiot, it's blind and irrational extremism.

Also "people on Earth get divorces because they're weighted down by gravity"? REALLY?

I almost can't believe this was a 2 hour movie, as it felt like it was much shorter. Probably because of the sheer number of action scenes in the movie and the subsequent lack of build-up or natural story progression.

Anyway, yeah. This kinda ruined Char as a character since it cements him as a fucking ******.

    Gonna start Unicorn tomorrow.

Future Diary is near the top of my unwatched anime shortlist. Currently debating what to watch next. I'm waiting for the last quarter of Kill la Kill's dub to go up where I watch anime before I start it. Good or bad, I don't want to have to wait for episodes.

World Break: Aria of Curse for a Holy Swordsman has me wanting to revisit something, but I can't remember what.

Little Busters! Refrain has me wanting to rererererewatch Angel Beats!, which is always vying for my attention. Madoka is also always wanting to be rerererewatched, but I've managed to resist a LOT longer than I had expected.

A couple of other shows I watched online have me considering rewatching other shows I have. Should be able to resist them, but it isn't clear.

Then there's my, as yet unstarted, project to rererewatch all of Index & Railgun, but in near chronological order, now that I can. I also have an unstarted project to rererererewatch Haruhi, but in broadcast order.

Also, all this talk about various Fate related series is starting to make me want to rewatch Fate/Zero, then rerererewatch Fate/ stay night & finish that off w/ rererewatching the Unlimited Blade Works movie, but I'm trying to resist that & wait for the UBW series' dub. I've also read somewhere Heaven's Feel may be getting its own movie.

(note: all re-'s are accounted for, not exaggerated; Haruhi's could actually be undercounted, but I don't think so; Index & Railgun's only accounts for the entirety of both, not how many times I watched both Season 1s, though I've only seen Index's movie once, so far)

Gonna start Macross II: Lovers Again.
Maybe I won't regret it that much.

Because they'll totally announce a Tsukihime anime before it...
    Oh... I wish...

I assume they will wait for UBW to end before giving a date.

damn, Yuudachi Kai ni looks cool & they totally just kicked Fubuki to the ground this episode.
They bring the whole fleet in and I didn't recognize anyone new! I guess they just meant the fleet that was currently at the base before they arrived at Hotel Yamato.

4 episodes into Gundam Unicorn. Really liking that this series seems to have moved away from the stupid "force everyone to live in space" thing and instead is focusing on the concepts of death, vengeance, purpose, corruption, and murder in relation to war, which is unbelievably more interesting. Side note, I find it neat that the voice actor for Banagher (Steve Staley) also voiced Shiro in The 08th MS Team.

    Also lol Full Frontal.

I watched Gundam Unicorn when I won a transformable (has the Psycho-frame) Master Grade of the Unicorn (2nd version, I think, since it had unused parts) in a giveaway (had a lot of luck w/ those last year, which has continued into this year). I liked it, & I liked that it wasn't that long. The last couple eps., IIRC, are longer than the rest. I figured I should know about what I had just won. It was a very complex build.

Man, I was going to buy volumes 5-7 of Unicorn with my tax money, but nope, they are out of print, so I bought the Power Rangers 20th Anniversary set instead. I'll just wait for Rightstuf to eventually release a box set of Unicorn.

I don't think that I'll ever buy the Gundam Unicorn Blu Rays...episode 7 is £100...the rest range between £30-£50. Way too much money.
