Final Act gets more reasonably paced after the first 7 episodes or so, but it's still markedly quicker than the original series.

Kira Tozer also starts to sound closer to Moneca Stori as the series goes on and she gets used to the character.

I was very happy overall with Final Act, though. It was just great having closure to the series after all these years.

I finished G Gundam and that was some some crazy amount of cameos in the final fight, I can barely spot and name what Gundam or MS that pop up! I'm now re-watching Gundam Wing as part of my re-watch of the AU Gundams, and who the heck did the english voice for General Septem?! I can't stop laughing everytime he open his mouth! :lol

Well it's not like it's difficult to use spoiler tags and be a bit thoughtful :p

Only have a few episodes of Space Dandy left, such a fun show.

Just finished Attack on Titan. I was weary to watch because of all the hype, but it turned out to be pretty good. Also I started Magi.

Kira Tozer just gets better and better as Kagome as the story carries on. I like that there is a lot more going on with Kagome involving her spiritual powers.

The character development for Sesshomaru is just fantastic.

Kanna's death man that was rather sad.
    I am feeling the feels.

Byakuya I kind of like his smug attitude but man
it is not subtle that he's Kagura's replacement.

I love the new opening as well. By Tomorrow I should be finished.

Finished Zeta Gundam. *sigh* I was really expecting more from this series considering the reputation it has. The story dicks around for far too long, with only random battle after battle "progressing" anything. Outside of Kamille, Char, and Amuro there's very little development to be found in the characters. In fact so many of them are ultimately pointless. They get introduced, have the beginnings of character arcs set up, do stupid stuff/have some stupid stuff happen to them, and then they get killed off purely for shock-value.

The goals of the AEUG were something I could never really get behind. The idea of forcing everyone to abandon Earth is so extreme and difficult to resonate with, and constantly considering the people of Earth to be "weighted down by gravity" just makes them come off as dicks sometimes.

And that ending was pretty rushed, to say the least.

Anyway, gonna skip ZZ and move onto Char's Counterattack, which I'll likely watch tomorrow. Then I'll start Gundam Unicorn after that.

    One Week Friends
Guy wants to be friends with cold and distant girl in the same class. Turns out she's a sweetie, but her amnesia makes her forget her friends every week.
Super cute and pleasant to watch. Main character (the guy) is kind of frustrating, but I liked it.

Katanagatari is extremely good and it's definitely something I wouldn't have wanted spoiled.

Just started World Break: Aria of Curse for a Holy Swordsman. Looks like it's going to be interesting. It seems the dub is being uploaded as it airs somewhere. Also started Assassination Classroom a few days ago, which is doing the same. I try to limit how many shows (anime or not) I watch that are going up an ep a week. Gets too difficult to keep track of too many, these days.

& last night or this morning, I learned that after an initial problem w/ the wrong series, w/ a name I can understand being interpreted wrong, being uploaded under its name, quite some time ago, Little Busters! Refrain has been correctly added at some point (a bit upset I didn't check sooner; who knows how many months back I could've watched it @_@). So I'll be starting that now. ^-^

What? Why are you going to skip ZZ? Sure, it starts out goofy, but once the plot kicks in, things are amazing. Haman Karn is not only the greatest Gundam character ever, but she is an absolute ruthless genius.

Whatever you do, do not turn off the movie because a certain character named Quess is super annoying. Oh and funnels, everywhere!

It's rather hard to be A Wakening of the Trailblazer on that count, though...

Did not expect Little Busters! Refrain to go
    the dark & metaphysical route
    .

I had worked out who was behind the Tasks. Not sure if I worked out
    the accident
(at least I think that's were it's going; only on ep. 10); it's been too long since I watched the first part.

It's still hard to stop watching, but now for different reasons. Not that I'm going to stop, so close to the end, now.

Who told you that? ZZ is one of the best Gundam series out there. The only reason people think it is bad is because its first 15 or so episodes are extreme comedy to lighten the tone of Zeta's finale. After that, the series gets to be just as serious as well told as other Gundam shows. Hell,
there is an episode where Haman drops a colony on Dublin.

Not to mention ZZ has some of the best non-Gundam mecha in it.

Anyway, I personally think Char's Counterattack is crap. It is boring, Char's motivations make no sense,
he and Amuro for some reason hate each other despite that not seeming to be the case in Zeta, and then that garbage thing called an ending.

The last two things I mentioned are not really spoilers, but I would rather be safe than sorry.

UC Gundam fans on the IGN boards, and the reviews I've read of it don't make it sound promising. They all say the series' flaws outweigh its good attributes, and I'm not eager to get involved with a long, 47 episode series that has that type of reputation. If it were shorter I'd give it a go, but I'd rather use my time on other anime.

True. The 00 Movie was the beam spammiest of any gundam or anime ever.

Well Wing is completely abysmal, so.

08th MS Team is pretty good, and it's standalone within UC Gundam. It has a forced romance and meh ending but it's still worth a watch.

The other pre-Wing Gundam I've seen (original, 0080, 0083, Zeta) are pretty passable though.
