LOL... that's fine, I actually like arguing, and I never take it personally. What will scare you is that we probably have more in common then you would think! AHHHHHHHH! For instance, I think we have the same taste in movies.
It's always a nice pat on the back when one of the great members of the herd like Split, Mechafire, Haloid, Waffles, Red Goblin, Digilaut or Aeranoth agrees with you. I also enjoyed a discussion on some of Megatron's incarnations with Single Elegant Machine, who really lives up to his name. And once I had a fun game of WFC Multiplayer with Sideswipe80. And seeing any of Red Goblin's latest masterpieces being put up always puts a smile on my face. Speaking of art, Split's Animated Christmas art also gave me the warm and fuzzies.
It's because we're from the Northeast. We're blunt and to the point. But we also respect someone who will back up their stance, and lose respect for those that won't. The only thing worse than a true Masshole, is one who moves to NJ . I served with a few of them..... And I thought I was bad....
You were a screenshot goldmine- always happy to find a fellow ss hoarder XD. Can't wait to put those up once TFW finishes updating.
I hear you. With this winter, my wife said, let's move to California. I told her we would stick out like sore thumbs there. And we will. I would be in arguements daily down there. I like my NE brethren.
TF2 is the main highlight...I wished we'd see a lot of the bigger names on the site playing every weekend with us.
I've had a lot of nice experiences, so many nice experiences. People being nice, chatting to people, joking with people, lots of fun. Peeps like Mandiprime, Sideways77, Master Zero, Nemi Monkey (this homie ships my ship so he good, yo'), always good chats to have And shout-out to my homie Jamocha for always being a great and inspective debater and a massive support to some of my projects, oh, and to Transformerwars and Waffles drew me some hardcore robot animals, which was delightful! Oh, and I remember that one time that Autobot Burnout, Master Zero, TFGrace and I once made a pledge to pilot a four-armed Crimson Typhoon and fight monsters together. That was hilarious Man, I have a good time with you peeps. Dare I say, you're even sweeter than Dr Pepper.
Aeranoth comments, that's good enough for me. Also, the entire cast of members in the annual football threads, (particularly autobobby, because rivalries) are pretty chill.
Oh man, where do I begin? Superquad7, Meta777 (Mortal Kombat and Dr Pepper, hell yeah), Sideways77, The Dark Seeker, Pride21, noblebovin, kaijuguy19, eagc7, IceMagnus, Onslaught24, Stardust26, Bumblebee765, EnergonWaffles, TWINTURBO, MetalicGrunt, AndreaPrime101, RoadRage, Barricade24, Omegashark18, AgentAlabama113...all awesome people. And there's probably some I'm forgetting.
I haven't had much good experiences recently but I have had any problems with anyone so I think that's good.
Supersquad is like the only mod whose been nice to me. I thank him alot for that because not to many people give me a chance to talk or even listen to me at all.
Fallout is a cool dude. We've had funny conversations before, but he sent me a Visitor Message outta nowhere and wished me a Merry Christmas. I thought that was pretty darn nice of him!
When I received a surprise package (MP Starscream! SQUEE!) from some of the members of the Washington State Sightings Thread during one of the worst years of my life. --Moony
Well crap, it took the resurrection of a zombie thread for me to notice you mentioned me. Thanks for the shout out I met a ton of great people from this site at Charticon 2013. Arkvander, Insane Galvatron, Ikkstakk, Flywheels/Colby Hopper, Onslaught24, WXornot (hey roomie!), the former NC Bulkhead, DumpsterJ, Kenucme, robo_rob of Radio Free Cybertron... apologies if I'm forgetting anybody. Among others on the site who I have enjoyed interacting with, there's Brr-Icy, Khopson, Wing_Saber-X, sh002, plus a number of other guys from G1 Appreciation and other forums I frequent... again, apologies if I've forgotten anyone. A special shout out to two people: First, to Superquad7, a truly amazing, selfless guy and the first person to friend me on this site, which made me feel welcome. Second, to the incomparable Maz, a really nice guy whose articles are not only informative, but have had a major hand in focusing and shaping my TF collection.
