I liked the first one, tolerated 2 and 3, but it was AOE that made me swear off seeing any more of these in the theater. It was really that bad.

If the movie removed all the voice over and I could just watch it with some of my loud music on, it would have been better. OH and remove Walberg.

    Visually fantastic film!

Loved 1, hated 2, 3 was tolerable, 4 was laughable.

And here, I liked the fourth one best of the series so far. The lack of Shia helped it out considerably.

The Razzies used to be about celebrating the things that were truly terrible in Hollywood as well as teasing the Oscars. Now it's just another social media-driven excuse for people to try to prop themselves up sneering at other people. It's cultural subversiveness has become completely undermined by its media popularity. Instead of being in a spirit of fun, 'winners' are now based on petty politics and jealousy, like every other award in Hollywood. Yawn.

Bayformers isn't Plan 9, so bad it's funny. Bayformers does exactly what it sets out to do: to make a big, ridiculous, explosion filled two hour thrill ride about giant alien robots that can turn into race cars. Either you can appreciate that kind of movie, and can enjoy it without declaring it high art, or you can't. If you can't, fine, but don't be such that you insist that just because you don't like something, it's garbage and everyone who does like it is an idiot.

WTF ever...Carly from the last movie and Nicole Peltzer(or however you spell her name) were way worse than Frasier....Hollywood hates Bots n Bay...Still good to see Transformers on screen. There were far worse movies to pick from but when you look at the decision makers it was obvious they gonna dump on the out of the norm films while praising coma inducing movies.

You truly under-estimate how terrible Saving Christmas was. Not just as a movie, but as a presentation of fact.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion whether it be for or against the movies. Personally I think they are all dreadfully awful given the great movie potential from the source material, so I put that failure squarely on Michael Bay.

A big part of my dislike of the movies is the human characters being the focus over the TF's, that being said human actors shouldn't factor in to making or breaking a transformers movie. I think the only human I actually enjoyed out of the 4 films was Stanley Tucci's character. Looking forward to seeing someone else's take on the franchise.

I was more disappointed with AOE than I was for ROTF. Not saying ROTF is better, just saying I was let down more with AOE. I have the same complaint as others, AOE was just "more of the same thing." There should have been a new writer and new director for AOE to keep it fresh for new trilogy. That's what works for the Marvel universe to keep those movies fresh.

Still, AOE earned over $1B at box office world wide by addressing the needs of the Asian markets, so I doubt anything will change for the US...

Grammer was picked only because he's a big name that's been in a few bad movies, and because you can't give every Razzie to Kirk Cameron.

They should honestly give it to the worst actors period, not the best actor in worst movies.

    Bay doesn't surprise.

I thought Kelsey Grammer was the saving grace of the "human component" in the film. If a human character had to get a razzie, it should have been Jack Reynor or TJ Miller. Both were worthless.

Or the third option, you recognize the hateful, mean-spirited, creatively bankrupt, borderline racist and misogynist trash that Michael Bay has routinely put out throughout his career, and resent the fact that a film franchise that can and should be far, far better than it is has been repeatedly saddled with such a cynical and bottom-line-oriented director, and are disappointed that fans of a brand that includes work on the level of James Roberts' MTMTE manage to convince themselves that the Bay films should be somehow acceptable to a self-respecting audience on any level other than the special effects.

I agree with Jack Reyor being worthless, but TJ Miller at least had potential as a comic relief character and was a step in the right direction compared to Sam's parents in the other three films. But Reynor, he was just a nothing character. Nothing about him made me like him, nothing about the performance made me glad he was screen and if nothing else I thought the movie would've been at least a little better without him.

So true. The minute Jack R. pulled out that "Romeo/Juliet" bylaw from his pocket I simply couldn't believe this was happening. The horrible humanity of it all! This moment by itself didn't make him a horrible actor of course, but his every delivery felt flat and was boring and weightless beyond belief. The girl at least had some chemistry with her Dad, but she could have been absent entirely and it wouldn't have hurt the plot at all.

What? As if. Grammar was the best thing in the movie.

Maybe a career low for him but it's a franchise high for the bayflicks
