Why are exclusive cores so hard to get?

It's frustrating. I WANT WHIRL DAMMIT!

 

2 battles and 3 exclusive cores. Thats what I call a good start to the day.

 

I got a bunch of exclusives last night. I think I got something like 10 in 10 battles. They just seem to come in bunches.

 

150 gold (gathered through hard work) spent on SUPERIOR drop pack and got more SCOUT cores! FML

i missed this Nacelle thing, never saw anything like that, but i usually ignore those notifications...

 

My advise would be to never buy space bridges unless they gaurentee something you want. Experence has taught me that you will be dissappointed 9 out of 10 times.

 

I need to get more exclusive cores.How to get???Also,how do you get a lot of energon???

 

Just done a little research on this nacelle character As I have been away from tfs for a while I study for my degree. Seems to be a cool looking jet but I am not throwing away my 200 gold. I will wait for something else.

 

Also also,has anyone got any other combiner member other than Fireflight,Alpha Bravo,Breakdown and Dragstrip?Like Dead End?

 

From what I understand the 1st bridge is 150 for guaranteed uncommon, 2nd bridge 350 for guaranteed rare, 3rd bridge is 500 for guaranteed Nacelle(rare) and 4th bridge is 1000 for guaranteed rare 51% Armada Megatron

 

cool, but i'm not spending money on this game and in total only had 300 gold earned so far (spent 150x2) so getting 1000 not realistic for me.

Nacelle seems good but is not worth the money as he wouldn't have a spot on my main team. The bridges are kinda ridiculous and from what I've read devs posted a comment yesterday on the Facebook page that the first event is coming in the next few weeks. That being said, what's the point of Nacelle if he's not an event bot. Straight money grab and not a very good one (although the collector in me needs him in my roster lol)

Nacelle looks like he would've been an excellent character for a low to mid tier shift. Pretty tanky with three abilities/perks (Dammit Roadbuster!  ), which actually puts him above Runamuck, Sky Shadow, and Classics Starscream. But by the time anyone gets 500 coins in game, they are way past the need to use him, as by then they have access to a better setup. But as you say, he's a cash grab for those that want to spend.

Well at least yesterday Exclusive Core drought turned around for me. 4 out of my 5 games today gave me cores, with one win giving me 3. Feel much better now.  

 

Hey guys, really loving this game, right now I'm level Warrior 6. My main team I use all the time has a fully upgraded Centuritron, whirl and Astrotrain on it. Should i keep it like that or should I drop Centuritron and add 2 more high level characters? right now Centuritron has 117 health, which is huge

 

As you rise in rank and fight better teams you'll need 2 more bots with multi-strike or first strike. Currently I run Slipstream, Brainstorm and 2 Blitzwings. When I battle a live player I've learned that getting the first strike and taking out one of their bots in the first round is key to coming up with a win. Even though I'm running all super rares I've been beat by a team fielded by Whirl, Doubledealer and 2 Astrotrains. Obviously that team ended up with better rolls but that team was setup to win first strike and pulled a W. The top 50 ranked players have at least 2 blitzwings and run them with brainstorms and jetfires because it's all about first strike.

 

How do you get all those cores and energon easily?Rookie 4.

 

Wish they had put runabout in the game instead of sky shadow. I would have liked the pair in my curreng team.

 

Do you all keep or sell characters you no longer use? I have a bunch, and I'm trying to figure out the use in keeping them around.
