Pipes is cool, even if he'll be a straight up repaint of Legends Optimus/Huffer, methinks. Shockwave, new mold maybe?

 

Not sure what's leading you to describe Scattershot as being "premium" in some way above any other figure in the line. The fact is, the underlying engineering of the Silverbolt mold lends itself REALLY WELL to the things a Scattershot needs, and it's the most sensible move if another set of retooling for Silverbolt has a cost advantage over designing a new figure that does really similar things in its execution.

At this point I'm assuming there will be at least three uses of each Voyager mold because the Optimus design has that locked in already and I feel it's a really strong chance that Silverbolt gets his third as a Technobot. Which means that if my reasoning that a great many others have then jumped on board with of Onslaught being a Hot Spot retool turns out right there's still going to be one more use of that design to turn up in the course of 2016. There's still room for a couple new molds to happen, hopefully giving some service to the non-vehicular Decepticon teams, but it's best right now to go ahead and prepare for more uses of this year's Voyagers in Combiner Wars II.

If Cyclonus does have retooling to be a space jet, then I'd say it's a pretty good chance that we'd be looking at a purple Scattershot with a different head.

 

And probably a cannon instead of a traditional nosecone piece. Cause like, to get Cyclonus the whole torso of Silverbolt has to be replaced. But changing wings or the nose and forward fuselage, that's comparatively really easy since they have so little to do with the basic structure. I'm guessing of Scattershot is this mold again it's gonna be a mix of Silverbolt's core structure, some of Cyclonus's outer details, and a new piece on the front.

If the designers are REALLY CLEVER they'll dump Silverbolt's gun and make the forward chunk of Scattershot's cannon removable and let it be used as a hand-carried weapon for robot and combined modes.

 

Maybe if the unspoiled Leader figure is Overlord, you can have both at once!  

 

I want Overlord, but I'm betting the Leader is the mysterious Astrotrain from the game:

 

Really, I hope that Astrotrain is not the rumoured Leader figure since I think a Voyager size would be perfect for him and also would scale better with Blitzwing (I'm not usually crazy about scale but they would look nice together).

Overlord is the one who needs a Leader size, then Galvatron and Sixshot.

 

That Astrotrain is based on the G1 toy.

CW Onslaught means CW Combaticons...and the Combaticons are the only team that I will definitely buy. Never have really cared about the Aerialbots/Stunticons.

Scattorshot could be a silverbolt remould would be cool if he was a hot spot one cause he looked similar to him in cybertron iirc.

 

The leader figure is probably Ultra Magnus.
