Added a little paint to those dull silver/gray areas and a new head. I used testers paint and Kre-o Optimus head. Probably need to add some little details here and there. I was thinking of giving him new hands too. If he was a little taller it might make his monkey arms look better.

Although I don't like the idea of sharing a mold with Motormaster which I intend on getting..

I'm a little surprised you didn't paint the side windows to match the front of the Cab.

Nice little upgrades. It's quite amazing how much a differently sized head balances out the proportions a lot better.

Open the head with a knief and split it opne then you can take the head out of the ball joint.

 

Looks good to me, anybody know what type of red and brand is a decent match for this figure? I like the shade of red this figure is so don't want to do a full repaint of this figure.

Thanks everyone for the great comments. I actually replaced the original heads ball joint with a larger Kreo ball joint in order to fit the new head on. Splitting the original head works, just a pain in the butt. He cans till transform, but you have to take the head off. But, I don't plan on transforming him that much. I'm looking forward to johnbonhamatron's upgrades to improve the figure further.
