If Hasbro had more content makers of IDW's consistency we would have had a TV show that managed to actually produce an entire season of good episodes rather than blowing hot and cold.

Since the comics performed a soft reboot and became MTMTE and RID they've been fascinating, through provoking and daring.

Just follow MTMTE's 'Dawn of the Autobots' story arc up until current issue. It is, generally, very good stuff.

 

Giving the TF license to Marvel would be an awful idea. Marvel already have too many comics on the market.

If it did have to go elsewhere I'd prefer it went somewhere were they've good space for another comic line and have good writers.

It's a shame, but I doubt very much that Figeuroa would ever go back. I think his leaving had something to do with a figure being made from one of his designs without his consent.

 

I love the designs, but the story is not my favorite.

I'm pretty sure that any artist working on the TF IP has to sign away their rights e.g. all work belongs to IDW/Hasbro.
