    As opposed to what?

Seriously, according to what standard is it terrible?

I always liked "Atlantis Arise!" as silly as it sounded on the surface. The art was cool in this one.

Megatrons Master Plan was cool as well. I really liked that part where all 6 Decepticon Seekers take to the skies and take out the Air Force in about 30 seconds.

    Webworld.

    It makes me laugh.

Atlantis arise was also quite up there.

Now that you mention it, I also liked Megatron's Master Plan. Part 2 in particular, when Thrust, Dirge and Ramjet attack the city. "Let us teach them a lesson in SORROOOWWW!"

    They were truly badass heh.

The story wasn't great, but "Call of the Primatives" has to be a favorite just for the animation.

Triple Takeover, Starscream's Brigade and Dinobot Island stand out for me as great eps.

TF:TM is clearly the one I've watched the most, and will always be a cherished movie for me, it's not really fair to compare it to the individual episodes.

Any episode involving the Stunticons and the Combaticons were among my favorites. But I can't narrow it down. Simply because I've watched every episode only once. And that was several years ago.

    Flight or Flee.

    Hoist Goes to Hollywood

Any episode that involved Tracks or Blaster going out on the town with those punk ass teens.

The episode when Chip Chase ripped the floppy disk in half.

Well, the 'standard' is my own opinion obviously.

I would rate both The Real Ghostbusters and Thundercats as two more-or-less contemporaries that had better production values, better animation, greater care with the scriptwriting (and clearly more effort from those behind the scenes - read what Donald F. Glut thought of Transformers), and all-round better constructed stories.

I really like the episodes that show the history of Cybertron. So any of those for me.

There are many greats: 'Heavy Metal War', 'Call of the Primitives', 'Prime Target', 'Microbots', 'War Dawn' and 'The Gambler' being particular favourites.

But if I had to pick just one I'd go for 'A Decepticon Raider in King Arthur's Court'.

A fun, colourful romp through Arthurian England, full of knights, castles, wizards, dragons, seagull poo, and maidens wearing conical hats. The English accents are downright terrible, but Starscream and Rumble make for a great double-act, and steal every scene they're in.

I rewatched The Master Builder last night, and the final scene with Grapple and Hoist actually made this man-child feel a little bit sad...

    Real friendship. :)

I'd say that it is probably in my top three as well (if this was a top three thread...)

Dark awakening just because it was the worst possible thing they could have done after kid's reactions to the movie.

I was not alive in the 80's but when I watched the 1986 movie on our Bluray player and watched Dark Awakening, I knew he was not gone forever
