Ok most of the Adventures figures that have a US RID counterpart, I probably won't bother with.

That being said that Greejeeber, Roadblock, Ultra Magnus, Slag, Swoop and Dreadwing look awesome.

I want Roadblock for sure no doubt. Greejeeber I might consider. I probably won't bother with the rest but who knows.

    What the hell? :lol

    Oh Yes!

I dunno. It's always tempting to buy new shit made by the beloved Takara, but how many times are we destined to fall into this trap? They are stylized cartoon toys that ultimately don't fit in anyone's classics collection(except Roadblock) and will thusly become expensive second class figures.

That said, I do want that Magnus :lol

It only just hit me why this line is such a mix of things; Takara skipped BG and Preds Rising so the new RID cartoon has no place in their continuity. With that I'm really diggin that Magnus and that Nemesis. If I bother with this Takara line it'll be for those two; I was already bummed that there was no Go! Magnus but this more than makes up for it.

If there is no Scrapper in the Titans Class Devastator, I'm going to get this Scoop and call him Scrapper.

I'm still pissed off that Scoop never got released over here. I NEED one. Still, I'll get the TakaraTomy repaint, at least.

So far, I've pre-ordered them all, including the sets, but I'll sort out what I do and don't want later, once we get more solid information about which is which (ah, the ambiguous HLJ pre-orders). I need to do some research of my own, I guess. [Whilst I was typing this, I noticed that the aforementioned takaratomymall.jp is very helpful in this regard.]

I saw Croc-out once in a shop but couldn't really afford it and passed on it, but I regret it so badly because I never saw it again and I like that toy. It's a shame the repaint uses silver instead of green, but I'm still getting it regardless.

The RID figures look a bit better (more paint! Kind of) than the Hasbro versions, and they're REALLY cheap compared to NZ retail, so I'm going to pick them up from HLJ to at least check out the first couple of waves.

I'm so glad I'll finally get to own that Deluxe Dreadwing, especially since it's such a good repaint. That's one of the only Beast Hunters toys, along with Croc-out, that was never released in the Go line.

Figures always look better with more than 2 or 3 paint apps, this should not be shocking.

However, that Bumblebee still looks terrible. Sad to see they kept the incredibly ugly and unnecessary scannable faction symbols too. Just not a well designed line, probably the worst line in that regard since Armada.

Also would be nice to get a little more coherency from TakaraTomy. That Scoop is a complete waste and our Scoop had some major issues that we were looking to Japan to correct (shovel and head color). Insecticons, Animated Dinobots - the line is kind of a mess. I don't mind what they are releasing but you can't count on them for anything these days which is disappointing. The last few lines have been mostly random releases.
