My brother in law owns some of the concept sketches from the 86 movie, and commissioned GrungeWerX to remaster them. So far Wreck-Gar and a shartikon, there's still another piece currently being worked on that should knock your socks off once it's done.

Also attached are three other pieces that he has comissioned from GrungeWerX over the past couple of years.

So anyway this is a blatant massive plug - as you can see GW's work is spectacular, and he currently has a small window open for commissions, and charges very reasonable rates. You really should go hit him up while you have the chance!

They look pretty sweet. :thumb  They seem to look like they've popped out of an anime. Also is the Super Seeker design an old concept for Galvatron?

Yeah, wreck-gar's bike mode looks like it should have Tetsuo sat on the back. I'm still holding out for some rich benefactor to pay GW to redo every single frame of TFTM86 in that style. Would be quite a movie.

No, he isn't from TFTM, he's a custom character. Bio:

    These are super cool.

I especially like the "Super Seeker" Concept.

Those are really sharp! GrungeWerX's style reminds me a bit of Peter Chung's work in Aeon Flux-the lines are really fine and figures seem a bit stretched out or attenuated. Thanks for posting!

Those are awesome. Love his style. Had him do my fan character many years ago that's now my avatar on here.

if your really trying to plug the guy's work, then I have a ton more info. :thumb

    http://grungewerxshop.deviantart.com

Grunge used to post his work here once upon a time. He's even still a member of TFW2005. He's been on DeviantART for about 11 years or so.

The character he's been known for in the past was his creation, Burnout.

his art is also on the IDW forums, and all over the place on pintrest, tumblr and google. :D

Trust me, we all know about Grunge. also before he was Grungewerx he called himself, The Gearsmith :)

A supremely talented artist for sure. :thumb
