This is my first custom Devastator i have had this for 2 years and hadn't done much to him the only piece that is connected is Mixmaster i am going to try to get the rest of him together and get him finished.
looks like a good start. some input from the get-go: bigger head and bigger chest-plate, he looks rather odd as-is, and maybe try to widen his waist, devastator doesn't have an hourglass figure also, do whatever you can to cover up the unicron mold details, it always irks me when customs like this are just repainted unicrons with a barrel and a couple backhoes glued on. and since its going to be an action master, make sure you get a ridiculous amount of articulation in there, that's the point of action-mastering a figure, right? oh and don't forget the crane arm on his shoulder. other than the above I like where this is headed, the proportions of the construction vehicle limbs are actually rather good compared to other customs of this type I've seen, the bulldozer shoulder could stand to be bigger. if anything he's a tiny bit stubby-armed, but nothing too bad. keep up the good work! i look forward to seeing your progress!
Agreed, in fact, I recommend going by BigLots and picking up some cheap construction rigs, and using them for your arms. Hate to see someone wate perfectly good figures to make an action master. But it's a great start. I'll be watching.
