I am definitely liking MT's version over the original the head sculpt really sells it, and the less spindly looking wrists are great too. But I am tempted to get a battle tanker trailer for my Laz Prime still.

 

So, has anyone else noticed the tiny Battle Tankers pictured with Utopia in the manual?



We've seen the robot mode version before, but this is the first time I've seen the vehicle mode miniature.

 

honestly i havent been finding him anywhere online or where to buy one. my new probelm is the tanker itself. i doubt they fixed the probelms it gave. the blade, hilt and handle dont want to connect properly. and the blue gear thingys of the tanker is cheap plastic where it will be ripped of easily. i like this new core fiqure. but we need a newer improved Battle Tanker with him something that doesnt break apart and actually snaps together when they are supposed to. sighs. >.> the chest shoulders, sword spikes and chain + gun acc will go well with Gento also. =)

 

i havent seen it online for sale yet and his sword in the pics has no cord at the bottom. Improvement finally. and it looks to be holding together nicely. ill go for this new tanker and the fiqure. i hope to assume the shoulders snap off like the other ones do. hehe

 

Any word on a release yet?

 

No. I'm guessing work on Nemisis has been the priority for MT recently but it would be nice to see some preorders go up just to calm the jitters.

same here. honestly i been on the maketoys.jp online store, and i dont see a buy button next to nemesis Prime or the other guy? sighs they need to update their site.

 

Are you talking about the buy buttons for their previous two products? because they sold out. That's why their is no buy buttons.

They are maketoys online store exclusives. I'm sure TFsource and BBTS will be kind enough to scalp some sooner or later.

 

i rather just darken up the legs and hips there, and for the shoulders, i like the orange and red up there, but the newer shoulders make that white dark grey so it fits better in that style. or make it black. i have a KO chest piece and Matrix shield for this guy waiting for him XD. but the hands are alittle bigger and the feet well expacted better then that. oh and when hes in alt mode at the end of him i noticed theres like some blue pieces at the edge there.

 

When did they do a Nemesis preorder?   Completely bummed i missed out!! T^T

 

In December I think. Some people may have gotten two, poke around, someone may be willing to part with one when they're released.

Gento is supposed to be a main-line release, not an exclusive from what I understand.

I'm glad they are doing a wide release on him. I have all of Maketoys products with the exception of the four Battle Tankers besides Nova, which is the only one I do have. Glad I'm finally going to get my hands on their G2 Prime. I do really want that Nemesis too. Guess I'll have to bite the bullett on Ebay.
