Anyone know if the blue paint on the reticle is a running change? I've noticed about half the pictures posted don't have it. Mine has it, but my friend's doesn't.

im all about cartoon accuracy and so I decided to spruce up my powerglide with some white outline autobot symbols on the wings. I use them for anything red I need a insignia on. what you guys think:

Awesome "upgrade" on your Powerglide! I really dig him as a figure, and I'd like him more if it weren't for the floppy tailfins and legs that won't don't like to stay together. Other than that, he's perfection. I'd rather pay $10 than $60 or higher for the 3rd party version.

thanks. mine doesn't have floppy tailfins and I don't really have much of a problem with the legs. I guess I got a good one.

I don't know about decent-looking, as it hangs down a lot even when you insert it into the uppermost hardpoint, but there it is.

Yep, the tail fins on mine are also loose. Glad to know that there are some out there that don't have this. I will have to fetch some clear nail polish as recommended.

Mine has the blue sight as well. I haven't actually seen a copy of CW Powerglide without it.

That looks awesome. How did you do it, since those symbols don't look like decals?

Anyway, I didn't want CW Powerglide because I thought he'd be redundant in my collection. I'm not talking about the Bayverse-movie figure - I have (and like) the Universe Ultra Wal-Mart exclusive figure in the proper red color from several years back. I'm really glad I decided to get this one, though, because he has so much interactivity with other figures as a Targetmaster. I can't wait to get my Ultra out of storage so Powerglide can shoot himself. :)  Meanwhile, can anyone post pics of this who has the Ultra figure?

The best thing about this little guy, besides the G1 homage and added articulation, is the Targetmaster weapon mode. Apparently now he's supposed to be a 6th member of the Aerialbots. I wonder if he'll go back to Caminus with Windblade in the IDW series? Anyway, he makes a neat little gun for Superion, using his nose landing gear as a 5mm handle/ peg. He can also look good on other larger and smaller figures, including as a gun for Windblade herself, although she has to use two hands.

Anyway, the robot and jet modes definitely look like Powerglide. I'm glad he has real feet, unlike his G1 self who used the tail stabilizers. The hands visible under the with seems to be par for the course for Powerglide figures, at least between this one and the original. The painted details are nice, although they seem a tad random. The painted crotch and the target site are odd choices, and by the sounds of it, they aren't even consistent across the production batch.

The legs on mine do have trouble staying together in weapon mode, although it's not so big a deal in jet form. The target sight also makes a protruding butt flap in robot mode that sticks way out or hangs way down, making me wonder if it was really needed. It's hard to pull down the nose gear/ handle in jet mode unless you pull the whol nose up, and the rear landing gear are on his heels and static, but that's no surprise on a Legends figure. My biggest issue in general is the small size. Yeah, I know G1 Powerglide was a minibot who could ride merry-go-rounds with humans, but his alt-mode, the A-10 Thunderbolt, is a very large aircraft in real life. I know, scale, Transformers, forget about it, whatever. That's just my personal pet peeve, and one reason why I still like the Ultra figure.

However, this guy is a load of fun to arm up other figures with as a weapon. I'm glad I didn't skip him. Superion might need all the help he can get against Menasor and other Decepticon combiners!

dang it, one of the tail fins popped off in my TV room, a room that is kinda full of my roommates DVD's and VHS tapes, and the carpet in that room is the only carpet in the house that has the same color red as Powerglide, so I may have to get another one when I get paid…..

Got Powerglide today along with Bombshock. Pretty nice, but...feels kinda lacking. Same with Bombshock. It doesn't feel as special or nice as Arcee and Chromia, neither the RID2015 stuff I got which I'm loving tremendously.

Targetmaster mode looks derpy as FUCK. Frankly I hate it. Really feels like that..."mode"...was a last minute addition. It's not even close to being a convincing gun

I think Powerglide may be my favorite Generations Legends so far. The transformation, proportions, and both modes just feel great to me. If he had a bicep swivel, he would be perfect.

Also, collapsing the head assembly into the back for robot mode is one of the most satisfying transformation steps ever. I think it's the fact that it clicks in at 2 points.

Mine unfortunately came without instructions. For what reason does Powerglides engines slide back and forth. Blaster mode?

I just wish the nose cannon in jet mode was it the right place. The A-10 is my favorite jet, and seeing that mistake makes me cringe.

It's not even really an A-10 anyways, the wing shape is all wrong, and the proportions of the jet towards the rear are off. I give it a pass because of that.

Yup, this is my thoughts exactly. At least about the legs and fins in Jet mode. It seems that if you properly tab the back fuselage down that helps, but its not a solid fix

I found Powerglide today on my lunch break and I gotta say, I love all the personality they are packing into these Scout/legends figs. I got Bombshell last week, and they are lots of fun to mess with. Even the alternate gun modes seem like a cool feature, despite their "last-minute" design.

Powerglide and Bombshell are about even for me in terms of the best of this wave.
