from what I have heard it will just be a case full of motormasters. I think its 4 per case but I could be wrong on that.

It looks like they used too small an image and ended up with blur and pixels for the deluxe artwork. Surprised no one has mentioned this? Looks like KO packaging to me.

Yeah I noticed that too. Also surprised no one mentioned it yet. Looks very amateurish.

Like they didn't feel like digging up a higher quality image and just grabbed whatever. I mean the jaggies from the pixelation is pretty awful.

Had to remove his legs and null rays. The Superion chest pieces just folds around his arms and holds him in place. It's fairly stable.

Hope that doesn't screw the wave 3 voyager over when the deluxe pegs are full of his limbs while the voyager shelves are still full of Motormasters with a couple of Primes thrown in (the same way Jetfire's lording over shelf space now since the entire case is just him)

Will the Wave 3 deluxes be Protectobots or Masquerade?

I believe there are preorder listings up for January

I really like this idea. That way I can have one in each mode on display at once. :thumb

Hey guys, after going back and forth I decided to go ahead and order 2 of the CW Voyager Silverbolts from TRU.com,after seeing they were back in stock a few minutes ago I hit the submit order button and they are now processing.I also got free shipping which is always nice.I went ahead and ordered Windblade since she was only $13 too.I can't wait to get them and put one of the Silverbolt in combined mode when I get them and Windblade in her jet mode.

But man I am really gonna be broke this year with all these goodies I am getting, but it so worth it in my opinion.Later guys.

Pretty sure it's been mention that the card art is actually from the Legends App game

The deluxe figures are a lot heftier than I was expecting. Plus, the paint apps are spot on...bonus.

These CW toys....they almost seem impossible. The look, robust quality and clever engineering is a total throwback to the original Classics line. Well, for the most part. I think Optimus is sort of the odd duck out here as his plastic quality and overall design just doesn't seem quite the same as Silverbolt & the deluxe figures. I still like him, but I'm not in love with him like the others.

Silverbolt & crew though, wow. I haven't been this pleased with non-3rd Party TFs in a long, long time.

Cancelled my order for Alpha Bravo, and ordered Dragstrip instead.

I don't know, I guess I'd rather hold out for another jet than just settle for orange-flavoured Blades. The robot modes seem solid enough that even if I'm sacrificing Superion for a long time if not forever in the hopes of Slingshot and Wildrider, I'll still be happy with the figures.

... I'm slightly regretting this now.

Alpha Bravo is a fantastic figure. The transformation is fun, the head sculpt is excellent, plus he was the only one out of the four that I didn't have to do any repairs/touch-ups.

Just ordered the deluxes (minus skydive) and silverbolt on toysrus.com. Little pricier than 11.99 at Target but I figure since the nearest target is about a half hour away from me and where I live doesnt get ANYTHING ever, I paid my gas money already. 80 shipped for the 4 of them, which isn't terrible imo, considering gas money and taxes in retail.

I've been messing with these guys since getting them on Monday and wow, I just love them. Simple yet well done engineering/transformations. Good, solid combined form. And great individual robot modes combined with decent alt modes.

I have one 3rd party combiner and while it really is a great figure, I just don't bother transforming him often since it's usually a long task just to get from one mode to the other. While Superion (w/Dragstrip) here is just amazing, I can flip between modes in minutes, all the limbs are quick and easy to transform from any mode to any limb and the connections are elegantly simple yet sturdy.

I'm very much looking forward to the rest of the line. I had intended on only buying Menasor and Superion but I may have to go all in, if Defensor, Bruticus and Devestator are released.
