Still not sure which of the the Dinobots is supposed to be the dumbest though, heh.

 

He could have thicker legs and he'd still be lanky compared to the rest...

Still happy with the purchase, but if I had a say in it, his legs woulda been a bit more 'bell bottommy' instead of overly flat backed.

Actually they are all an electric shock away from being geniuses. Heck if all 5 got electrocuted at once, they would be able to create a 25 bot combiner and end the conflict at once.

My Soar touched down in semi-rural Queensland, in Australia, from Chimunmung today. Awesome figure. Childhood dreams come true.

Don't really notice the differences in gold when displayed alongside Scoria (both in bot mode). No paint chipping.

The wife thinks his shiny wings are too much bling. She still likes Scoria better.

 

When Grimlock was smart, he should have reprogrammed his team into a smart combiner instead of making the technobots - that would have been awesome! Also, we would be putting orders down for a legitimate dinobot combiner  

 

Not that I have found yet.

 

Interesting reading all the comments about the chrome being not as different in hand. I think a few of us did suggest this would be the case when the toys weren't under 1million watt camera flashes on a pro photoshoot.

I guess those making all the noises are fapping off over Guttur to care now though.

 

Either that or it's the same as Magnus' buttflap, Bumlebee's face and KFC Transistor's red paint. The WORST THING EVER until you get it in hand and realise it's actually fine.  

 

I find the chrome to be QUITE different than scoria, but I knew that going in, so I didn't bother commenting. looks fine in my display case. No one in my family have commented on the chrome.

Was Soar supposed to come with a collectors card like other 3rd party transformers?
Because I got nothing of the sort with mine.
