sorry to hear, I received my BB safe and sound from A/E

 

I received a notice about MP BB but I'm waiting on Magnus to ship them both.

 

After radio silence for 2 weeks with my tracking number it seems my BB Is In the U.S. and close to me. I hope to get it tomorrow or Saturday.

 

^So much this. Reading all these comments about this place (Anime Export?) makes me so glad that I too trust BBTS. Their customer service goes waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay beyond the call, so you more than get your money's worth here. Go BBTS from now on Monsieur bellpeppers. You can always trust them.

 

Doesn't seem to be any instance of anyone receiving a reply to any inquiries to them when they mess up an order.

HLJ is a lot more responsive when it comes to customer service. AE is good as long as everything is automated, any time you need something changed or something messes up then you are SOL.

 

My SAL BB that was shipped on Dec 10th just arrived at the local sorting centre yesterday according to the tracking given by AE.

 

Not really about the postal service; it's about them replying to my e-mails and assisting in getting back into my account to arrange for shipping.

 

Bee was shipped from HLJ late in November, but there is no sign of him. Not cool.

 

Hopefully customs is just SUPER duper extreme to the max slow right now for all of our sakes.

and then some. A friend of mine is in charge of the customs center in Miami. They are vastly understaffed. The government run agencies have a majority of their PTO used in this time of the year. The busiest part of the year is the most understaffed.

I won't see my PG Unicorn Gundam from A/E until after the new year :-(

 

Wow after losing hope and ordering 2 more from HLJ mine just arrived at my home unit.

No update from japan to my home post office.

So odd.

Let me just say this: I ordered a MP BB off of eBay a week or so ago from someplace in Hong Kong.
Merry Christmas to me: it arrived today in California.

The problem is Anime Export.

 

My BB arrived two days ago from AE shipped right when first available using SAL. Took wayyyy longer than normal this year time.

 

Well my AE Bee is STILL out in the mists somewhere but thankfully some UKers have recieved theirs in the last couple of days so hopefully.....just crappy postal service as is typical at this time of year.

 

I ordered MP Wheeljack, Bee, and UM from them.

So far Wheeljack and Bee arrived with no issues in about 1 week after the shipping notice.

I am looking forward for them to get back to work in Jan and tomgetting my UM.

 

Well, here's a pleasant- and unexpected- update.

A few days ago, I decided to try again. Still didn't work. Filled out the form asking for help. Again. That was a few days ago.

This morning I woke up with an e-mail from them with my user name and e reset password. They told me to reset the password as soon as possible.

So I was able to go in and see that MP BB is still there. Clicked the option to have it sent, and now am awaiting an e-mail quote to have this Bad Boy sent.

Now... where's that link to reset the password...?
Ya know what? Screw it! I'll deal with that AFTER I have either my MP BB in hand or a refund. I'll deal with that later.
