the marvel sets look good. interested in half the star wars sets. love all the dc sets. i am hoping there are more movie stuff coming out.
Lovin' the new quinjet and the ultron minifigs. I'm getting the 2 smallest sets for sure. Maybe the hulkbuster too, if my wallet survives the summer bionicle sets.
makes sence since movie is in may right? good that they wait until a few weeks before the movie is out to release possible spoiler stuff and not released months in advance and take away some suprise. but yes... april is going to suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Found the new Frozen ice castle Lego set at a SoCal Target yesterday, I didn't know if I needed to get it for a present for anyone, but I figured I should pick it up just in case. Pretty neat set for fans of Disney Princesses - comes with both princesses, the snowman, and lots of clear blue parts. I'll probably wind up giving it to my niece or cousin's kids. Tim "toy geek"
Might just be you. I do have a question of my own. Is that one minifigure in that picture Lego provide seem to be in two parts? Like its upper torso and legs are not connected as usual?
I want to see the Helicarrier. Definitely going to pick up Hulkbuster, and from the Star Wars sets I'll be getting the AAT for sure.
My fingertips are bruised from plugging in the arms on a bunch of the mega blocks blind pack minions... It makes you appreciate lego quality
I work quite a bit, AND I am a fan of Lego, so I often buy more sets than i can actually build. This means that over the years, I have run up quite a back log of sets which are all still MISB. I'm not much of a Lego seller, although I did sell some retired sets earlier this year (including an opened, but completely unused UCS Millenium Falcon!) which made me a tidy profit which went to the purchase our new home. Still, they were mostly sets of which I was aware of an appreciation of their price. However... I was checking out Bricklink today, and I happened upon the asking prices for the 21100 Shinkai 6500. I just couldn't believe my eyes! It's a set I hardly rate as cool, fun or special, so I never even bothered looking for market info, but evidently, the price of it has exploded! And... as you can guess, this is one of the sets I bought new back in the day and currently still have stashed away! Kids, forget MISB G1 Transformers: Lego is where the real action is!
There's an entire website dedicated to investing with lego. The stuff can really go up in prices. Problem is real estate for me. I keep boxes too so they take up a ton of space
Some not-Lego to sour up the purists, but I especially dig the gun modes. Not-Lego of many varieties are available here.
