I'm bummed about a couple things, one being the rubbery antennae, but I look forward to having this guy combined and on my shelf.

Was thinking it, didn't want to say it...but this. Unless you're Thew, don't put yourself on camera. Basically nobody can pull it off, and we're all here for the toys anyway.

That said, solid review otherwise.' Great, great, great, to hear that quality is coming back. It's good that this guy gets a thumbs-up on that front.

At least he cuts his nails! lol, but ya, we wanna see the figure, not the reviewer.

Either way, thanks for the review. Really looking forward to this figure (never thought I'd look forward to Superion as much as I am).

Cheers for the comments guys, Sorry you can see my face I have never done a review with just the hands and some figures will demand I do that,
It just I can see easier what I am doing and when trying to show you on the camera I can make sure you can see what I am pointing too.

    I will try.

And no one could do what Thew could do. That said there are plenty people seem to prefer the Mug shot too. It seems to me that UK fans like the vlog type review and US fans seem to prefer the Peaugh type review. I love to watch both. Perhaps I could integrate the two types into my reviews or so some close up walk around shots of the figure in various modes.

Glad you liked it however and hes deffo one not to pass on. The only part that sucks is the rubber ears on Superion. But as a toy in his own right. AWSOME.

Cheers all. Rob any comments suggestions always welcome Taa :)

Great to see the full combined form, Peaugh. Hey when you do get home, can you give us a comparison picture of this with WFC Bruticus?

Great review as always, Peaugh. If it's not asking too much, would you mind also taking a comparison picture with M3? I'm curious to see how CW combiners look in respect to the FP/MT scale.

watching the various reviews of the combiner wars toys I'm stuck by the fact that these look like toys designed primarily for kids, they are blocky, bright, seem durable, simplified transformations which do not seem fiddly, simple but effective limb swap mechanism, rather like bandai megazords if you will!

The generations and movie mainline toys seemed fiddly for kids, sure there are the ultra simplified version for younger kids but the aesthetics of those just seem off, this seems like a concerted effort to produce a substantial and attractive looking series that at least has a working gimmick, along with the target master addition they have tons of play value.

Thank you Peaugh! I'd go as far as to say that CW Superion doesn't look too bad next to M3 (at least, it will be fine in my own collection). He should also fit in well with FP Colossus.

I would've liked it if Superion was a smidge bigger, but he's good as is. :)

I guess 3rd parties will soon take care of that. His feet are less than half the size of M3's, but the rest of the body is about as tall.
