I saw a version of this done quite a while ago and thought it looked real cool. I copied the color format but used Metallic paints instead of dry brushing. The metallic parts are a lot shinier, I just couldn't get the proper lighting. I used HOK lacquer black for the base coat, Alclad Dark Aluminum for the main metal parts, and Alclad Chrome for the exhaust/booster stacks. Finished it off with Alclad Aqua Gloss. Don't really get a Nemesis prime vibe from this, more of an Anti-prime seeing as how the color scheme reminds me of Megatron. It looks great, keep at it.
That's pretty cool. Very clean paint apps. Neat to see a little thinking outside the box on the color scheme instead of just a straight-up black Optimus repaint. It does have a Megatron-ish look to it like WolfVein said, but I think that works in its favor.

Nemesis Magnus seems more appropriate given the mostly White Prime who is also an Evil Decepticon vibe. That said, it is *very* well-painted.
You've done some really good paint work, but this looks less like Nemesis, more like Magnus. Although, with the black instead of blue, and the 'Con symbols, maybe it looks more like a Prime died, faded to gunmetal grey, then the 'Con who killed him painted graffiti on him.
Thanks for the compliment on the paint, I try. But again, I copied the paint scheme from someone else and that's why I liked it, because it was different and I thought the black, red, and metallic colors sat well together. And sorry, but I don't see "graffiti" anywhere. Magnus is red, white, and blue typically and I only have a little red in the chest so I really don't see Magnus at all. But again, thanks!!!
The graffiti was me explaining why a dead Prime would have a 'Con symbol on him. And it reminds me of Magnus since he's usually a white Prime, but because of the differences I then went with the dead Prime idea. I do like the paint scheme, it just reminds me of things other than Nemesis.
Really great job. Bad ass custom!! Always liked the Megatron/Nemesis/Anti-Prime thing. This definitely scratches that itch!
