Those stingers on Bee look amazing. Reminds me of Animated, especially with the blue. Would love to see use that in the future.

I dig how Optimus is carrying a flag with the Autobot crest on it. It reminds me of something out of a historical war movie like in a Kurosawa film or a knight movie.

I like how "G1ee" Dirft looks there with his colors! Cool to see that they actually considered it!

The flag would've been a bit too much.

The art shows the skinny Lockdown with a poncho, if I'm not mistaken. One of the earliest versions of him.

A lot of these concepts are so good that I really wish they were in the movie. I really really love Emiliano Santalucia's work. That flag carried by Optimus should have been in the movie. The scene would have looked way more heroic.

I wasn't even aware there was a concept like that, but it seems you're right.

Oh man, would have loved to see that. I think the final Lockdown design was pretty cool, but also a bit generic. Would have loved a skinnier, spikier, poncho-wearing Lockdown - pretty much how he looked in Animated and IDW but movie-fied. :(

If Optimus did carry that flag in the final battle, it would have made AOE a lot more awesome. :bay

I love awesome concept art like this.

Some other concept art of this kind (Autobots riding Dinobots) shows Drift with the same color scheme as the upcoming RID Drift.
