Just did a quick check regarding Soundwaves raider power: 63,000 attack x 4.

Barely an improvement on the usual IF's and for most people he's disposable after the event is done. No deck staying power whatsoever.

And my 200k has me in 600th place already proving not many are buying into this event. I'm bailing too as I can't farm literally anything.

I got the new Soundwave already through points and maybe cards, got him totally maxed, and he isn't in my "Balanced" deck at all. Disappointed, a little surprised, but hey I have SG Soundwave now!

Played a bit to see how the new structure is. Have you guys noticed that they have increased the difficulty of the bosses again? And yeah, that Soundwave is making nowhere near my deck. At least, they have changed the Day Win Rewards so that at least one complete character can be obtained by winning any day. That being said, winning just one day is better than winning two days. :D

I was tempted by the SG prospect and artwork, so I tried to install the game sooner than planned (I'm so weak!).

The installation crashes again and again and again. The phone is the same as before. So I am back on the track and not "playing" this "game" :)

I've actually found having less cubes to start with is making me less interested in buying more to play. Last TVT I actually spent money because I go so into helping my team win that when I ran out of free cubes I bought more. This time I don't have enough free cubes to make a difference so I find myself caring a lot less.

    TeeHee-ous! :D

    Stay strong, stay resolute!

I've planned that many times before, but I keep getting stuck with great teams full of participation and I feel:
    a) -the potential to win
    b) -guilty

Seriously, my team has 16 out of 20 participating! That's 80%!

It's been over a year since I have played. Is there anyway I can compete in these team matches? Because I am currently doing nearly no damage whatsoever to the bosses. And how likely is it to get 1800 Ruby medals in the course of playing the game? I'd like more cards that'll help me help my team but the only way I can see that happening is if I shell out dozens upon dozens of real dollars which I'm most likely not going to do. Does this game just not favor those who don't play everyday?

Also I'd really like that Shattered Glass Megatron. I always have had an affinity for the design and colors and such.

Assuming you don't have resources just tag along when your team mates are killing a boss and throw 1 of your free cubes in. At least you'll be helping with the multiplier and get some medals. You'll need to log in every couple of hours when the cubes recharge and if you're lucky you'll get enough medals to get lucky on the space bridge and get the card you want.

Also use your free energon to scan to help your team out. It's a nice gesture.

Turning in over 300 medals at a time seems to increase the chances of getting an episode card. however team battles are very very stingy on resources unless you pay monies so best to just use your free resources and ping 1 cube per big boss and you should be able to get enough points to contribute and stay in the team (over 10,000 a day)

Yesterday i had a look at the leaderboard and saw the #1 had a score of 144.something million in 1.5 days an d a team full of raiders including 3 MTM Megatron raiders. That is ridiculous and highlights how bad the pay gap is.

As long as guys like this exist he can probably pay Mobage's yearly expenses as well as profit margins in one event. Ironically enough my score of 280k was good enough for 2900th place. But that's a massive points gulf which highlights why I'm not putting in any more than the regenerated BC's.

BTW, is there any site that simulates whether a card will make it into my deck or something based on weapons and all that? Want to see if my 2 sets of Bluestreaks will be good enought to dislodged R5 EVO Magnus.

I certainly think this event shows how broken the game is. I mean over 4 BILLION hp for even a level 1 Rodimus? That's ridiculous. I mean, even someone who was to pay modestly for stuff still would have the same experience as someone who plays for free. It's like you have to empty your bank account to even make a difference. This is the first time I've ever played TvT and so far, I'm not impressed. I think I like the regular version events better.

Pretty much. As I just mentioned, at 4 BIllion+ hit points for all of the bosses in this event, unless you shell out the $100+ that it costs for the event cards and weapons and enough transmetal to max everything out, good luck. Oh, and then you have to be sure to shell out enough to have enough battle cubes to last you through the event because they won't replenish during it (other than the automatic over time ones).

Many, if not most, of us got the card the first time around when it was part of an event. It's not worth getting upset about. Firstly, they will probably still be giving them out next month, so you can get your 4. And secondly, it's a worthless card at this point.

Looks to me like numbers are way down and they're in panic mode right now at DeNA. Did they seriously think that nerfing the game was going to bring greater profits? Didn't they learn the last time they tried this they had to back peddle?

Honestly, at this point, I don't think they're going to win many fans back. We've been treated like shit for far to long. They could reset the game back to what it was a few weeks ago and I still don't think most of us who have dropped will play. At least not with Angry Birds TF to turn to.

I wonder if DeNA typed the message with Auto-Correct on. Have you guys noticed that they've typed Special Operations as "Special Dungeons"? :lol
I kept it like that without changing. Just for fun.

Anyway, a good change is always welcome. I have to agree with Hiro; they may have panicked.

What was more baffling regarding their updates was this part from G. I. Joe Battleground:

I wonder if it had anything to do why the sudden changes to TFL.

I want to see what they have done with Special Operations on November 12th. Hopefully, it'll be a fun experience to everybody and bring back those of us who do not participate much now or have completely left.

I understand the people behind this game want to make some profit, but what I can't wrap my mind around is the prices. If I only had to spend $5 on each event to be competitive, I might spend $20 or so every month. When I looked at the prices of some of the items for purchase, my dome hurt. As it stands right now, it takes me roughly 12 bc's to defeat a level 7 Rodimus. To purchase 10 bc's is $2.99. $3 to defeat one card? Seems like a waste of my hard earned money.

So I started thinking, "how much would I have to spend to competitive?" If you buy the 200 bc's and that comes along with 150 Transmetal's, you'll need 4500 in cyber cash. I'd have to purchase 5210 in cyber cash and that runs $49.99!!! $50 to get through one event? The 150 Transmetal units are almost worthless, considering that to max out a level 6 card takes 950.

I have no misconspections about my ignorance to online gaming. Is this the norm? To spend the amounts that DeNA is asking for is ludicrous in my opinion. Could you not just go out and buy a PS4 or X-Box game for $50? It could just mean I am getting to the point in my life wereas you turn into a grumpy old bastard. Ha.

Here or some of the items you can purchase:

    1 Card Battle Chest - 250 Cyber Cash = $2.99 (Must Purchase 305)
    25 Card Battle Chest - 5000 Cyber Cash = $49.99 (Must Purchase 5210)
    75 Battle Cubes - 1000 Cyber Cash = $9.99 (Must Purchase 1020)
    150 Battle Cubes - 3000 Cyber Cash = $9.99+$19.99 (Must Purchase 1020 & 2060)
    200 Transmetals - 3000 " " " " " " " "
    25 Full Energon Recharges - 2000 Cyber Cash = $19.99 (Must Purchase 2060)
