But seriously, I recently had a domestic package sit in the local PO for almost two weeks before they decided they should probably get around processing it…

 

Oh for god sake, see it's things like this that make paying so much to have it shipped to the uk seem unfair, I'll probably get an email when the freebies get sent out saying oh you live in the uk you have to pay postage cost.....god I'm a whiner lol

 

They could also throw in recolored diaclone riders from their dinobot line.

But my regular carrier is on vacation and the replacement (aka an idiot) isn't putting notices in boxes and I really don't want to have to make the building manager search the mailroom for a "possible" package (since FPCore can't figure out to send the tracking info when it actually ships).

 

Today, just now. I'm VERY close to where it's being shipped from so it takes only a day to get to me.

Edit: The postal sticker says it was shipped out yesterday.

 

They're coming out of WA, right? I'm in Portland so should be getting delivery today around 4pm if correct.

 

Yep, Point Roberts, WA. I'd say it's a safe bet you'll have yours today

As an aside, for some reason I was thinking they were just over the border, near Vancouver.
They are… just wrong border, wrong Vancouver.  

 

I think they ship from Point Roberts for US-bound packages and across the border in Canada for Canadian-bound packages. If you look at where Point Roberts is located on a map, it makes sense why they'd do this and how easy it would be.

 

Wouldn't be surprised if they ship out of Canada for ALL non-US packages. Shipping internationally from the states is bloody ridiculous cost-wise…
