Selling that lame battle box for 5000 again...who really buys that $ hit anymore?

 

I now have 4 R6 card sets available. So far I've only managed to MTM the Evo Laserbeak from the last campaign episode and have nearly max out the alt and bot mode cards for Overbite from the last episode. Both my R6 drift sets remain largely untouched though.

 

I've maxed out the Unicron Returns R6 Starscream and 2 R6 Laserbeaks.

I've got 2 sets of untouched R6 Bluestreaks to max out as well but I know it'll be too much of a drain so I was waiting for the campaign to chain up two EVO R6's as they take a lot less resources. It's just mad how much of a chore it is to level them up....takes me a full month for the EVO's to preserve enough to upgrade raiders.

I also see Mobage forgot to add Grimlock as a card in this event despite being mentioned. If the past is any indication wouldn't surprise me if they redo it. BTW, before I noticed the BC's I've racked up 3 alt modes of Skywarp. FFS not even one robot mode?

 

BTW random theory, is TvT matching done by deck power?

Tempted to drop my deck to an all R1 squad to see if I get matched with a top 100 contender so I can sit it out and coast off the work of others.

 

I've tried that on multiple TvT events to no effect.

 

I honestly think they look at the cards you have....or it is totally random. I don't buy that though. I have taken my cards down to R1's, then when the event starts I put my best stuff back in.....and somehow I am still the stringers by a HUGE margin. Only thing that makes sense is they look at your entire deck.

 

That would make sense. I'm going to try the idea of not contributing at all for a few events and see if that works in getting put on a better team. Sitting out TvT is getting easier and easier, since you can't farm resources, and I wouldn't even be able to level up any rewards I got, since medals are more scarce in TvT, too.

 

Are R4 cards worth MTM or do you feed them for fodder also? I can field a deck of 5s (and one 6) but not of a single faction yet. But I think eventually I'll get there just from the freebies from events?

 

Absolutely not at this point. R4s are only placeholders in your deck now. With how easily you can get R5s now, and R6s becoming more common, MTMing an R4 is a terrible waste of resources.

 

Joe DenaMobaggio support told me they are trying to find a good balance of rewards, and are monitoring the results.

This means, let's see how many paying customers complain before we do anything.

I guess the recent streak of freebirds winning events in 1st has scared them of a No-Pay revolution. Maybe they want to reassure their wallet friends that paying is the only way to the top spot.

 

What do you guys do with stamina when you've completed both the regular Autobot and Decepticons campaigns?

 

From using nothing but the daily rewards, space bridge and recharged BC I've gotten 4 Skywarp alt modes and one Skywarp robot mode. AKA better "luck" than when I was burning cubes like a madman.

Seems legit.

 

Uncover all cards if there are still ? card left to uncover.
When everything is done, I do nothing since all cards are uncovered until there is an event.

 

Yes, just using free bc to exchange for gold medal is okay despite unable to farm bcs.
Next Tvt majority will have not much resource to play for 6 days long. Better sit out if you are the usual heavy hitter.

We know about the change. We wanted this change so you will be forced to purchase more Battle Cubes from our offerings. This is a permanent change so get used to it.
