    Now if only DC would wake up about Superman/Lois, things would be better

    However, it will probably turn out to be some alternate reality thing.

    "Secret Wars" and the other old event tie-ins look like they're going to reboot/streamline the timeline to get rid or modify of some of the things that didn't work (One More Day, Civil War, House of M, etc.) and bring new characters permanently into the main universe, like Miles Morales and Spider-Gwen. I trust Hickman on this... at least up to a point. Hopefully this doesn't backfire.

    This also explains why we're getting so much of Remender right now: they're letting him expend all his childish crap before the reboot. (The big twist of Axis is that it's opposite day? Fuck you, Remender.)

    If they're bringing back the marriage AND the baby, don't be surprised if this is just a parting gift to fans before Marvel reboots in a big way.

    If they were bringing back just the marriage, then I'd say fans of the marriage could go ahead and celebrate. But bringing back the kid Marvel worked so hard getting everyone to forget sets off major alarm bells. This is clearly not something that is going to last, and thinking it is is only setting yourself up for heartbreak.

    I would love for this to not be some kind of awful bait and switch. But given the whole weird "Summer 2015" thing, I don't know what to think.
