A heavy interceptor. I thought about warp drives, but I don't want any space-bending tech in my fighters. Edit: it's part of a series of exploratory/defense craft from my fan stories, just if you were wondering.
Yeah, sorry Sparkamus the Rocket Racoon poly is a Canada TRU event, guess I should have clarified that when I got mine last Friday. Considering how slow the Polybags tend to come out up here, most Bricktober sees a huge influx of polybags for sale and giveaways. Case in point all of the polybags I've gotten this month, which were in the states much sooner like the Arctic Scout, Friends Jungle Boat, City Repair Lift, Creator Cute Kitten, and I think Sykor's Polybag from Legends of Chima. Still haven't seen Stephanie's Polybag or Andrea's Beach Lounge, the Piece of Resistance or Micro Manager Battle polys or the elusive Rapunzel polybag. I think we're still missing one of the City Polybags too, though I'd have to check Brickset to remind myself on which one.
That makes sense why it wasn't there. A bummer the distribution is separate markets instead of just a North American market. As far as polys go I just today saw a few that you mentioned, and saw the Batwing poly for the first time. Thanks, Scrapper.
Review: Minecraft 21115 The First Night | Brickset: LEGO set guide and database Dangit, the Creeper's legs aren't posable.
Man, I wish I was able to build something like that on my first nights in Minecraft. Usually I just have 4 walls and a door . I picked up the Exo-Suit at Target today, and I absolutely love it! The crazy amount of detailing, the green Spacesuits, the super adorable turtle, everything about this set is great! Well, okay, those things on the shoulder kinda suck. But everything else rocks.
I've checked two Barnes and Noble stores over the past couple days and haven't found the new snowman poly. One store had a table devoted to Christmas so far the other had no Christmas section yet. Anyone have an item number?
You're on a LEGO topic and you're asking if you can modify a set. Like, seriously. Spoiler Yes, of course you can
Don't listen to this guy. If you hand it a weapon, it will throw it on the ground in protest and run off. Jk. I doubt it can hold anything too heavy, and there are spots you can clip stuff on.
I was looking up pics for it and the original design was holding pretty big guns. I haven't built mine so I haven't tested it out. I don't think it has hero factory ball joints, though.
Of course, of course. On mine, I built a flamethrower that clips on to one of the bars on the wrist. Doesn't make much sense, because there's no oxygen in space, but it looks damn cool.
I'm looking for an Iron Man Ultrabuild set and the prices are outrageous! Is there any cheap easy way to get one still? Could some store possibly have it? Really want one for my Hulkbuster MOC
My order came in yesterday, one free Holiday Toy Workshop, a LEGO Friends Advent Calendar, and two Disney Princess sets. Amazing that Cinderella's Dream Carriage has no stickers, yet Merida's Highland Games (a 25$ set, thus cheaper) doesn't use printed elements and relies on stickers for everything. (Also I'm still disappointed that Merida is just re-using Andrea's hair piece from the LEGO Friends line of Minidolls instead of having something unique to her like the rest of the princess' have.) I'm beginning to think LEGO has a hard time designing and implementing proper Advent Calendar Builds outside of Star Wars and maybe the City Theme. If I recall correctly more than three of the micro-builds in the new Friends Calendar only had 4 pieces, 4, not exactly a decent showing for young girls. Also I don't like the placement of the Mini-Dolls at all, the first day you get a Mini-Doll, then about six more after that you get another, however City and Star Wars have way more Minifigs in their calendars and I think space them out better by number of days. It may have something to do with the difference in production costs for minidolls compared to minifigs, but I honestly think LEGO should start giving more minidolls in the sets. Spoiler I will say this though, compared to last year the builds in this set are a bit more involved, the presents are actually holding stuff inside of them and there's an overarching theme of a Christmas Dinner motif with small kitchen builds and a nice large table. Just like last year though I'm scratching my head at what some of these models are even supposed to be, a couple of them are real WTHIT? Well, come November 28th I'll be ordering another order for the second holiday free set, just not sure what to choose, though I'm leaning towards completing either some of the Hobbit Theme, the Friends Theme or Disney Princess Theme.
You mean the peter reid MOC version? The one that was shown on the cuusoo project page? That uses quite a lot of illegal connections & discontinued parts (most of those are old gray) AND was made mostly for display, rather than playability.
