Here in recent months, I have really started to make a lot of changes in my collection and take pictures and document it all, and decided to start sharing the collection here. This really took root with me yesterday when I got my recent order from ToyStages and added those to my Masterpiece cases and finished those.

Keep in mind as I post photos, some are older than others, and some changes will have been made, etc. I am a collector of more than Transformers, though Transformers is my #1 favorite. You may see some other things in the photos, such as my close to complete collection of GoBots (Yeah, I know...), G.I. Joe, Batman: TAS and some Star Wars. Just ignore those things if that isn't to your liking. ;)

I will also admit with me collecting so much, there isn't room for everything. As much as I regret it, there are parts of my TF collection that didn't get unboxed the last time I moved. That is primarily my movie and RID collections, but some other things as well... :(

Okay, I think I have said enough for now. Without further ado, I will start with my Masterpiece, Alternators, and Binaltech collections.

Most of my GoBots collection. There are miscellaneous pieces that are floating around that I didn't put in the cases, and haven't found a way to display them yet.

Couple of more photos. I wider view of the bigger picture when you walk in, and a picture of my opened War for/Fall of Cybertron opened collection. I have more Cybertron pieces that are unopened, and they are not in the picture. Shelf space is tight, and not sure where to put them once they are opened.

This is a more focused look at my G1 collection case, as well of a picture of the corner between it and the Masterpiece cases. Kind of a mix there of Transformers with a lot of G.I. Joe thrown in.

Thanks! They are offered on the site Toy Stages. That is done by the same company as Reprolabels, who you have likely heard of on this site I am sure.

Yes and actually I have seen that Toystages site before too. But you never know, some people on this site like to get creative and do things themselves, so I figured I'd ask.

I don't really want to leave this with the last non-Transformerish post, so here is a couple more before I call it a wrap for the day.

I mentioned at the beginning that my movie collections are boxed away in storage. While that is true, a couple of small pieces did manage to sneak it out into the room. Thought I would do a small group shot of those.

Starting at the back is Human Alliance Sideswipe/Mikaela and Bumblebee/Sam. In the front I have a sealed Chevy Aveo Swerve that while is actually a Universe figure, was produced for Chevy dealerships due to their partnership during the movies. Last is a Revenge of the Fallen Blu-ray cover as well as a promo card. Both are signed by Mark Ryan, who did the voice of Bumblebee when he did talk (He threw that in on the signature of the cover) as well as the voice of Jetfire, which is what is on the card. I met him a Philadelphia Comic-Con several years ago and got him to sign them there. He was really cool and friendly and did talk to me for a few minutes while there.

Okay, thought I would start with my G1 case, and what better to start with than the king of it all, Fortress Maximus.

This is an original G1 FM, not the reissue, which I did also purchase, but is tucked away. The reissue is actually a sore spot to me, because I purchased and pieced together my FM only about a year (2012) before the reissue was done. I had looked and fawned over a FM for years, and could never really afford him. Especially with the going prices that I remember being $1,000 to $1,500 in those days. I finally stumbled across a guy who had this one, and was blown away at how white it was. He sold it to me at a great price with the huge problem that he came bare-bones with just the body and the main head. He was missing all accessories, including doors and attached guns. I then spent months hunting down and buying all of the missing pieces (which also was not cheap). When he was done, I was so proud of him (I still am of course). Unfortunately, the reissue came out of nowhere not much later (2013), and was a real sting, not just for how much cheaper it was, but also being complete and "white" itself. I was really resistant to the reissue at first, but BBTS had him on clearance really cheap in December 2013, so I dig grab one. One day I might actually display it (maybe in city mode) if I have room.

Yeah, I admit it has been tempting at times. I assume you mean the Alternators. Anyway, as I was collecting them, it was the goal to get two of each and have one opened, and one unopened. I did get duplicates of a lot of them, but cost and other factors made that fall through. I get a lot of enjoyment from the ones I do have open, so I am good. Not really having more space to display them all also helps.

    Minibots

Okay, I had a lot going on the last couple of weeks, including getting really sick for a few days, so my posting died. Going to try to get back to it now.

Today is a good start, as I ordered a whole complete collection of minibots on eBay this week, and got the order in today. This includes the rare Bumper or Bumblejumper however you prefer to name him. Really glad to finally add this guy to my collection, considering how hard he is to find, and what it cost to get a good one. Mine is in great condition with a little loseness, but he is able to hold up his arms, etc. Head is the loosest part. Plastic/stickers are really good.

The other two I got in the collection that I didn't have previously was Hubcap and Outback (glad to get him since I will be getting the third party BadCube Masterpiece version of him soon). It would have felt weird not to have to have had the original version of him first.

Anyway, the other cool thing about getting the complete collection that I got, is it gave me a lot of duplicates of ones I already had, which permitted me to set them up with both modes on display for each. I have only a couple now without duplicates.

Final notes: I threw in a couple of non G1s such as convention exclusives such as Glyph and G2 Hubcap. Also Wheelie is considered a minibot but isn't in these pictures. I do have 2 of him now as well, but I have him on the shelves with my "Movie" collection, with other bots such as Hotrod, Kup, etc. I will show him in future pics...
