I have this figure and don't transform it much. I noticed one of the last times I transformed him that a hinge on the figure was breaking off. I've been really careful with this figure since I had to pay 130 bucks for it. I went to super glue it but the whole hinge came off. Is there a way to fix this? Something I could do like maybe use plastic weld like I've seen some customizers use... Or is there anyone that does repairs? any help is good. from what ive beeen told is that theres nothing to do to fix, but im a firm believer that everything can be fixed.
Ouch! I can't see the damage clearly, but it looks like the main damage may be on the body and not just the panel, but yeah definitely contact MMC for help, and good luck! SUPPORT - Mastermind Creations
The part shown is my only gripe about this figure. It should have been double hinged. Sorry to see the damage. Definitely contact MMC.
On regular hexatron i had the flap part stress marked out of the box. Asked MMC for a replacement and they gladly gave a whole new leg panel together with the flap. It was missing the landing gear, so I manually removed the pin and flap myself and reattached it to the old piece.
Email MMC at: [email protected] Send pictures and explanation as you have. They will help you get this going back up. If they don't answer back in a week time, email again. There is a TFCon this weekend so not sure if that will affect anything or not. Cheers
