I liked that he took a backseat in this movie. Of course there was the scene where he gets mad at the stinger model but it felt like "yeah we've had enough of you" . Hound and crosshairs had more interactions and even drift tells him something along the lines of he's done. The human connection is more between prime and Cade. So yeah, just like Sam, it was nice back then but didn't miss them at all in this new one
I cant miss him, because he was still there in the movie, in order for me to miss him he had to be out of the film completly
I thought Bumblebee was awesome in AoE. His role may have been a bit dialed back but he sill had plenty of great moments.
Ive only liked bee since these films and i only really like him in the movieverse. Hated g1 bee totally and ok in prime and maybe couple others cant recall which but not really a fan in any other way than movies bee. But tf07 aoe bee best of the bunch they kinda did a Sam on him for the other two which was unfair 1000%
One of the few things I really like about Bayverse, is the design of the Transformers. I love how Bee looks in these films. I think the Camaro alt mode fits him a hell of a lot better then that uglier than hell Beetle in G1. I also like how Bee is written as a Cybertronian teenager. While he may not be my favorite character, I can't help but to root for Bee to be ok. He's like the 'little brother' of the Autobots. At least, to me he is. That being said, I am glad that Bay made Bee's role a little less 'in your face', and gave some of that screen time to the other 3 Bots (tho I still think Hound had way too many cheesy one liners that took up a little too much screen time).
Actually I found Bumble Bee matured since he left Sam. Sam kept him from maturing. He was more bad ass is AOE especially fighting Stinger on top of Strafe
I actually liked Bumblebee in this one. I actually found him way more interesting that him being the Snake Eyes in ROTF and DOTM.
The focus was very much on Optimus in AOE. Bumblebee was just another one of the Autobots, each one given their own moments but he was not a main character this time around and did not hog the spotlight while the likes of Sideswipe and Ironhide, who I gather are somewhat more popular, get shoved to the wayside. That's what happens when you spend too much time around Shia LaBeouf.
I never jumped on the Beewagon, nor did I catch the Bee Hate Plague. So I never had any love for his excessive featuring in the first three films, but I didn't want the character to die. I am glad that Optimus' role was increased and Bumblebee's was toned down (big Optimus fan, if my av wasn't indication enough), but the scenes Bee was in, in AOE, were good stuff. "What? I'm not even touching it, see, I'm barely touching it, BARELY touching it." "You DAMN right! And don't ever forget it!" "I hate cheap knockoffs."
I don't miss Bee or Sam. Sam is probably a grown man now living his life and as for Bee.........they really need to just kill him already. Although I did like the Stinger scene though. I think im the only person who likes Stinger more than Bee. Plus Bee jas had enough screen time already. Time to let someone else take the role. I feel like Hounds gonna do that a bit.
i also think Hound had too many lines in this film loved him at first but by the end of the movie i was wishing he would shut up lol... Felt they could gave more lines to Drift could have probably explained his past a lil more
I was definitely glad to see less Bee. Letting Hound and Optimus take the spotlight gave me my favorite movie Autobot in Hound. Even if he was rather psychotic. Funnily enough, even though Bee had a lot less screen time in AOE, he still managed to develop a much better personality than in all three previous films.
Bee is one of the most popular Transformers and kids love him and also for Hasbro to release more toys of him. I found Bee way better in the film and glad that he got less screen time while he spoke more which were funny and good quotes from the radio and he had good moments.
