Looks like my favorite moment is the same as many others. The scene from the first movie where all the Autobots are gathering for the first time. Definitely a goose bump moment.

 

My favorite moment from any of the films was in the first one, when Sam was trying to hide Optimus and the gang from his parents. The whole scene of the giant bots sneaking around outside the house and trying not to be seen was hilarious and had a sort of "E.T." vibe. I believe the scene also speaks to those of us who collect Transformers toys and have ever attempted to 'hide' them from our friends or family. "Uh, no, that's just the furnace room...nothing to see in there!"  

 

My favorite scene was the Bumblebee/Barricade chase scene from Bay's first movie.

 

My favorite part was in the 2007 movie when blackout and scorponok attacked the desert base. It was the first transformation, the first use of the iconic transforming sound, and the decepticons were portrayed as formidable.

 

My favourite scene would have to be when Sam and Mikaela meet the Autobots in the first movie. It was the first time we got a good close up view of the transformations, and Optimus transforming is still one of the coolest bits of cgi I've seen.

 

Probably the Scene when we see Optimus Transform in front of that shack after Cade's friend dies, offers his condolences then Transformers again.

The emotion when he punched the ground set the tone for the scene.

 

That first Blackout scene in the 2007 movie. I remember it fondly from the trailer as the first ever scene we saw with a Transformer. And it still sends tingles down my spine to this day to watch him land and cause the panic he does.

 

My favorite moment was from the first movie. The scene where all of the Autobots come together from the first time and make themselves known to Sam & Mikaela. I have been a fan of Optimus Prime ever since 1984. The moment when Optimus Prime pulls up and transforms for the first time was just so grand and regal. I felt like an 8yo kid again and I am sure my heartrate and breathing was heavier. Only two moments in TF history have given me chills...the first was in the '86 animated movie when Optimus says "Megatron must be stopped, no matter the cost." The other was the 2007 movie Optimus Prime coming to life right before my eyes. Absolute amazing!

 

Just the appearance of the dinobots. Epic beyond belief.

 

Blackout attacking the base in the first live action movie. My best friend and I watch the trailer for that movie every day in high school. We were so incredibly excited, and that was such a key part of the trailer, that finally seeing the whole thing was just amazing.

 

Optimus Prime taming Grimlock was probably the best scene I've ever seen in cinematography in years. The atmosphere of the scene was just perfect.

Gosh, the chills.

 

My favorite Transformers movie moment is the forest battle in Revenge of the Fallen. When Prime says "You'll never stop at one, I'll take you all on" and then his two blades pop out, I always squee like a little girl   . It was an excellent fight sequence and you could see a lot of the action this time (compared to the first movie). Even now when I watch it on Blu Ray there is something new I see in that sequence every time.

 

My favorite scene was in Transformers 4 when optimus rides grimlock, it was short but epic at the same time, optimus slicing bots in half while grimlock was eating them, just plain awesome.

 

Probably was from Revenge of the Fallen when Optimus Prime took on Megatron, Starscream and Grindor...

 

For me my favorite is still the first movie where Optimus decapitated that Decepticon underneath the overpass. For me that one moment really just set the movie bots aside from everything else I was used to when it came to Transformers.

 

I loved the Mexican Standoff in TF3. I felt it was one of the only times the robot's character shined through.

"Class dismissed."

 

My favorite moment from the movies is gonna have to be from the 1st movie, when Bumblebee scanned the new Camaro! Not only is it my favorite car, but that scene gave me good goosebump chills. Something about it gave me all the feels  

 

My favorite part out of all of the films is the scene with Attinger at the Bean in Chicago because I actually made the final cut! Such a fantastic experience!

 

Favorite Moment

When Barricade transformed for the first time. Can't beat the first time seeing a live-action Transformer transforming.

 

I'll never forget the anticipation of waiting in line for the first Transformers live action movie with my now ex-girlfriend and her sister in 2007. Shockingly, both actually mocked my inner child for being so insanely excited about the film, however as the group entered into the now filling theater, both girls slowly started to show signs of excitement themselves.

As we sit down, my ex-girlfriends sister overhears some fellow Transformers fans behind us discussing the Transformers folklore, and begins to quietly mock them. She pushes up her glasses using a single digit, and in the nerdiest Big Bang Theory like voice, turns to us and says "Megatron.... the leader of the Decepticons." My ex-girlfriend and I obviously both giggle, as the lights then start to dim.

As we now settle in for that now famous opening scene, our eyes begin to widen larger and larger with pure excitement as Blackout begins to Transform and you hear the distinct and yet iconic Transformation sound. With a huge grin on my face, and goosebumps running rampantly across my body, out of the corner of my eye I see and hear the sound of an asthma inhaler. I look to my right, and see that due to the anticipation and excitement of the opening scene, the now once mocking ex-girlfriends sister is having an asthma attack. lol

Needless to say, it definitely added to the overall experience of the first live action film.
