My favorite moment was in AEO when the Dinobots where on the bridge.

 

My favorite moment of any of the movies is when Optimus arrives on earth. I love it because, even though she had no idea what and who he was, that little girl that approached him as he emerged in the pool was probably the safest she would ever be in her entire life. I just love the innocence of the scene.

 

Mine was in the first move when you first heard the transformation sound. It sent shivers down my spine knowing that the Transfomers had made it to the big screen and to me had made it to the big times.

 

Joke answer: all of aoe because Shia Lebeauf wasnt there to ruin the movie.

Serious answer: Age of Extinction, when the Autobots meet the Dinobots. I nerdgazmed when Grimlock transformed. And the fight bwteen Optimus and Grimlock was well done.

 

My favorite moment HAS to be when Optimus Prime lands in the pool in the first movie. It just looked so good, the music felt awesome and it was like "Yes, this is gunna be epic" right then and there.

 

First movie toward the end when Autobots drove to find the cube/rescue Bumblebee, Bumblebee passed by and all other Autobots cars stopped and made a tight u turn. It still amazed me how a big rig can make the turn like that.

 

Mine was the whole bit where Joshua just stands point blank up to Optimus and co. even though Hound was ready to blast him, pointing out that people expecting them to just kill and destroy, and they didn't need them anymore: they could build better.

Sounds a little odd, but it gave Optimus a reason to pause and reflect that yeah, he's kinda been a constant killing machine all this time and the world was viewing him no better than the Decepticons he fought against. Additionally it served as a parallel to our own community, telling Hasbro "thanks, but we can improve upon your designs. We don't need you because we can build our own third party toys", giving a lot of the fandom a reason to pause and think.

 

Just want to point out that it was Ironhide that landed in the pool. Optimus landed in the field near the highway...

 

Hands down, my favorite scene was Optimus driving out of the back of the C17 during the battle of Shanghai at the start of Revenge of the Fallen, transforming mid-air and parachuting down, then transforming again right as he touches down on the overpass. The visuals as the film score kicks in is one of the most epic moments in the movies so far.

I would have to say my favorite part would be toss up between Primes reawakening due to the level of emotion portrayed by Peter Cullen, or the final conflict with Lockdown when everyone worked together to defeat him.

 

My favorite scene would have to be the first time we saw Optimus Prime transform from truck to robot in the first Transformers movie. The battle scene in ROTF was damn good too ! Oh, and as someone else just reminded me, when he transforms from truck to robot parachuting mid air, descends to the highway and transforms back into a truck, that was amazing !!!

 

When Optimus Prime combines with Jetfire in Revenge of the Fallen, and then he proceeds to take out The Fallen and Megatron. I loved the concept of combining. Optimus shows his dominance and why he is a prime. Also he blows a hole right in Megatron's face hahaha. "I rise, you fall." Epic.

 

While there are a lot of scenes that were my favorite, One of my all time great ones was when we first see Devastator Combine in Revenge of The Fallen. I thought it was awesome!

 

I have to echo my agreement - the best part of the movies is the Autobots arrival on Earth/ Optimus Prime's full transformation.
I'm with most of you, the scenes and that score are just epic.

 

My favorite moment was the shot of Chicago during the invasion of DotM. It showed how far things had come since the first movie. We now had a full blown citywide invasion and the screen was littered with Decepticons and amazing CGI effects. It also gave a sense of doom that lead to an expectation and excitement to see how Optimus Prime and the Autobots were going to come back from being expelled and then supposedly executed. And their return and assault on the Decepticons certainly did not disappoint!

 

1st Movie, opening sequence where Prime starts to talk. Shivers and goosebumps.

 

My favorite scene in all the live action Transformers movies was in the first TFTM film, where Starscream swoops in on Ironhide and Ratchet during the chaos of the Mission City battle. I always thought it was so badass when he transforms into bot mode in midair, lands in a hail of bullets, sparks, and flying cars while firing upon the hated Autobots with his gatling arm cannon before transforming seamlessly back into the awesome F-22A Raptor and taking off like a bat out of hell. Addendum to this kinetically charged scene is where Starscream takes on a squadron of Raptors singlehandedly. This style of combat suited Starscream's character so perfectly, where he relies on his lightning quick speed, stealth, and the all important element of surprise.

 

I liked in the 1st movie when Prime was starting to fight and his master covered his fish lips.

 

ROTF. Megan Fox changing into a sundress. Boom.
