Cool. I'll have to google him.

I've seen very little of this game, so I wonder how big of a role famous characters play--are they even playable? Either Way, this game looks flippin' awesome! I hope HMS studios paying attention, as I want to see characters looking like this in the next console game. The gaming mechanics, too, look fun as well.

From what I've seen of the game characters like Bulkhead, Wheeljack, and the others are actually playable as sort of reskins or as their own characters. However, I'm not certain on Prowl as we've only seen him as a sort of navigator/informant role, telling the player the objective and whatnot.

Ironhide, Prowl, Switchblade, and Brawl only serve in adviser roles during gameplay (Prowl and Switchblade in PvP matches will, for example during Meteor Storm [point capture mode], announce to their respective side's players when a point has been captured; Ironhide and Brawl announce new objectives during the PvE content).

Wheeljack, Knock Out, Chromia, and Flamewar have been officially revealed as playable characters to be released sometime in the future (Chromia and Flamewar in October, no announced release date for Wheeljack or Knock Out). Bulkhead, Barricade, and Ratchet have been found and leaked as playable characters in the game's files, but have not been officially revealed as such.

Beyond that we have no further information on "lore characters". Optimus and Megatron appear as holograms in the main bases (social hubs) of their respective side, spreading words of wisdom and encouragement to their soldiers. Arcee and Bumblebee appeared in the Test Your Metal trailer, so will likely appear at some point, but whether as playable characters or NPCs hasn't been revealed officially or unofficially yet.

I can't remember the video too well but sorry to say that in this game Ratchet is white and if I remember correctly there was a green ambulance which would be Meltdown who is a medic with a starting green and blue colour scheme.

The Dune Buggies in the game are Catapult (Autobot sniper) and Duststorm (Decepticon sniper) and the motorbikes are Swagger (Autobot swordsman) and Diabla (Decepticon b*tch).

I just realized that the Decepticons have more females.

I love these introductions, great dialogue.

I may not be 100% Into the game, but I definitely love the designs, new characters and concepts from the team.

Didn't he voice Megatron in ROTF and DOTM?

He voiced Megs in the ROTF game and, no disrespect, sounded bad. The guy from WFC and FOC voiced Megs in the DOTM game. As for the first three movies, he's voiced by Hugo Weaving.
