Just finished up my own AoE Slog, who I am going to call Sludge myself, hah.
Painted as my idea of what he might have looked like in the movie, to match my other AOE Dinobots.

Nice dry brushing. I like the accented coloring. Haven't found one at my local stores yet...

Really nice job mate! The green and grime really make it look like it was in the movie after all!

    Thanks guys!

Hah yeah man we just now got wave 2 and it seems wave 3 at the same time.
I'd get you one if we weren't dead broke right now. :/

Lucky. My stores just have the same stuff over and over again and we seem to get the most unwanted figures when new lines or waves come out. Thanks for offering to help though :)

Well I hope you have it better than we do here in Memphis at least... I picked up Slash, Drift, Galvatron, and others in Michigan over 2 months ago and they just finally hit here a few days ago.
Bad place to live for a toy customizer!

Awesome. How did you get the paint to stick to the rubber?

AWESOME paint job man! Definitely looks like what I would envision him to look like if he were in the movie. Btw were the green patina dry brushed on? Or washed ?

Loving that gradient, really looks nice, like a brushed nickel coat that has been worn through to the copper substrate.

I only wish the movie dinobots had more contrasting colors, and given how they were imprisoned I felt they should have had a much richer patina or severe oxidation both of which would have added some much needed color into the mix, sure there were some acsents with moss and some deep hues underneath minor corrosion, but I felt like they could have done with more.

Whatevs great job, especially on that plasticized PVC!

Do you advise getting a glossier or lighter green for the green patina effect?
